“The phone customer service is awful for Verizon. After being on the phone at home for hours on three separate occasions, I walked into the Verizon store ready switch to another carrier. Eli was very calm and helpful. He was able to get me the credit for mailing back my old phone within minutes. He also helped me choose an updated plan and decrease my monthly amount by removing services that I never used and using online banking, something no one else ever discussed with me. Thank you Eli for de-escalating my issues with customer service. This store is superior to any others.”
“Great experience! I moved to a new apartment this weekend and had issues activating the internet. Support tried to help me but unable to do so over the phone, so they sent technicians out first thing. Colin and Matt were timely, and fix the issue very promptly! They were polite and respectful. Overall great experience!”

“Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. Kelly, listen to me, if you decide to go into another profession, choose Emergency Room, News Anchor or Radio host. Thank you again!”

“I went into this place on a whim. Wanted to price new phones for myself and family. The phones that I was shown were very nice and priced reasonably. The gentleman working there was so friendly and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions with kindness. I was thinking he would be quick to dismiss me because I had many questions, like so many other places had in the past. He took the time to explain all my options, let me know which phones had the features I was looking for and didn’t make me feel like he was pushing for a sale. I told him that I would discuss it and think it over with my family and be back. I went in 2 days later and he remembered exactly what we had discussed and took care of all my needs in such a timely fashion. I was prepared to be there for hours due to past experiences at other stores. I was in and out with 5 phones in about 1 hour, I had more questions. I will definitely be going back whenever I have any cell phone needs. Will recommend to all of my family and friends.”

“I experienced an outage with my internet today and they got someone out to my home to fix my internet very quickly. From the time it went out to it being fixed was just under 2 hours. Also, Reshmi was super friendly and attentive over the phone. She followed up to make sure everything was okay. Originally I was frustrated, but the quick resolve to my issue was really appreciated. “I first went to T-Mobiles Evanston store in October 2023. A young man named Johan assisted me; I had recently been a victim of Identity Theft and my phones were hacked.
I came in with three phones, told him the situation and he's wasn't fazed at all. He took his time and worked with each one and set up the new one. Even suggested the home Internet as a temporary fix since my service was compromised as well. Excellent experience!
It's now May 2024, and I have been back for his assistance twice. Very knowledgeable when it comes to the phones technology. And, I actually kept the Internet service as the ACP program came to an end.
