While the service rep Chris was very nice, we were there 3 1/2 hours for a battery replacement. Despite the fact that we had an appointment, they obviously didn’t get to our car for 2 hours, and then took a ridiculously long time to replace the battery. And if a service rep tells you it will just be another 20 minutes..plan on 45.

Last week, a man bought a Toyota Tundra car. I wanted to thank Mark Viradia and Alex Kosinov for their promptness and professionalism. I was especially surprised by their knowledge of languages, which helped us quite a bit when preparing documents. As it turned out, Alek speaks, in addition to English, Russian, Ukrainian , in Polish and knowledgeable in the technical intricacies of cars. Thank you for your cooperation.

A few days ago I bought a Toyota Tundra at Toyota of Lincolnwood. I am delighted with the service and professionalism of the employees, that is, Alex Kosinov speaks Russian, English, Ukrainian, Polish, English. He impressed me not only with his knowledge of languages, but also with his professionalism and knowledge of the intricacies of cars, what can I say about Mark Viradia, who managed do everything quickly. I have going to this dealership for years because I trust them to do the repairs/maintenance right the first time. They have serviced my Rav 4 since I purchased it and before that my Camry. There service reps are polite and take time to answer my questions if possible. Dealership is clean and organized. Carlos even helped me google AWD info when I wanted to understand how it functioned.

The last thing anyone needs right now in this economy is an expensive car repair. And, of course, my 20 year old Corolla decided to putz out on me. After talking to my regular car repair guy, I decided to go to the dealer for repairs on this one. So glad I did! They fixed what needed to be fixed, no pressure to do anything more, and I was able to talk to a salesman (while I waited for the repair in their comfy waiting area). The salesman answered some questions I had about buying a new car… and I felt zero pressure to do so, too. Mark was awesome.
In the end, my car is fixed and it was very affordable. What a relief! Plus, I have a plan to do what I need to do to get that new Toyota I’ve been wanting. High five to the customer service rep who facilitated all this. Thank you, Christine! Thank you for taking care of my needs while serving your employer in an exemplary way. I WILL be back when I’m ready to buy.

The staff at Toyota of Lincolnwood has gone above and beyond today! I had a flat tire in the city and my car is being serviced nearby. There is a back order for the tire and even though my car is not being repaired at Toyota of Lincolnwood where I purchased my 2024 Prius, they have been kind enough to get me a loaner! Many thanks to Dagoberto Molina who got the ball rolling, Shane Soto, General Manager, and Mohamed Koli, Service Manager, who approved the loan, and David Quinto, Assistant Service Manager, who set me up with the Camry. Service with a smile! Thank you!
