Mark, my service advisor, was very attentive and thorough. My car was serviced, cleaned inside and out; everything was explained up front and completed in a timely manner. The service, sales, waiting and bathroom areas were all very clean and modern. Mark made sure to keep me informed and my car was returned looking brand new. Ryan(my sales consultant) happened to walk thru the waiting area saw me came over and chatted awhile. If you want GREAT service and goods deals----Grossinger Hyundai(Lincolnwood) is your dealership.

Our Hyundai Tucson 2015 broke down a few weeks ago and we were so glad that Hyundai Lincolnwood had the car engine replaced so we could get back on the streets. Thank you very much Josh Matthews for his help from day 1 until the last day. Josh made sure I got a rental car while the car was being repaired. Again thank you Josh.

Though I was very disappointed in the costs associated with my repairs, I know that everything was done to hold costs to a minimum. I am very happy with the service; the result was excellent. The young man I worked with, Josh, was very knowledgeable and made me comfortable with the needed repairs.

I recently had a problem with my light staying on regarding low tire pressure. Went to Grossinger for help to disgnose the problem and did so without an appointment. Seevice rep advised me od a potential long wait. He updated me om the tech's progress and finally gave me good news that the tires were fine as well as the sensor. My car was adjusted and i left the service department very happy.

Worst experience ever!! I sold out my car to them, and got my check after two weeks! I was told that they would call me whenever my check was ready. Not only didn’t they call me, I had to call them like 100 times, and every single time, I got the answering machine, left a voicemail, and nobody called me back! After calling them for like one week, someone finally called me back and told me that I had to stop by and pick up my check in person, while at the selling time, I was told that they would overnight the check to me if I wanted! Definitely the worst experience ever …

Hello my name is Linda McClendon I brought my Suv about 9 years ago. I bring my truck here for everything, brakes, oil change, tires etc. About a month ago they replaced my engine now my starter but Bobby Brown and Joshua Matthew been with me all the way. Truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had for service. I have a 2021 Hyundai Tuscon and I’ve barely crossed 5,000 miles on it (at the time). When I took it in for the “15,000 mile” required service based on their 3 year maintenance plan, all I was expecting was an oil change and maybe a tire rotation. I arrived before my appointment at 8 am. I was in the waiting room for nearly three hours watching others who arrived after me have people come in to consult with them or tell them their car was ready. I finally decided to ask for my car, and I was told they were finally wrapping up. Honestly I doubt they were wrapping up - i think they simply forgot about me. I don’t know what order they work on cars, but a simple oil change should not take 3 hours. When I got home I received an email that a filter needed to be changed. Why didn’t you bring it up and do it when I was there? Such a waste of time. If I didn’t need to uphold the warranty, I would just go to jiffy lube or something that is much more efficient.

Scheduled an appointment for recalls on my Hyundai. First they told me it would take a couple of hours. I brought the vehicle at 12:30. I called at 2:30 no one answered, then an hour before they were closing I was told I needed to retrieve my vehicle. When I came back they had a list of repairs that I would recommended, one on the list was ball bearings. The list had many things, even quoted me an air filter change for $87 which I obviously knew was ridiculous, it’s like $12 online and you can just snap it in. $300 for a transmission flush! They empty out the transmission fluid flush it with water and refill it. All in all they thought I needed close to $2500 worth of repairs. I brought vehicle to my mechanic as I know he will take care of me and not over charge me and I was worried about the ball bearings. My mechanic checked my vehicle and said I did not need any ball bearings that they were in great shape and he was confused as why they concluded I needed them. This location appears to be money grabbers attempting to get people to pay for repairs that are unnecessary and highly overpriced just want your money and to charge you for completely
unnecessary repairs. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here for anything. I brought the vehicle in for recalls so luckily I didn’t have to pay anything. If you want honesty and fairness in repairing your vehicle I would definitely stay away from this dealership.

My situation has been a difficult one. But the staff at this dealership has gone out of their way to deal with all the issues. While frustrating at times it has been a great experience and I would recommend Hyundai of lincolnwood to anyone.
