The folks here are great to work with,Diane and her team has always responded quickly to my questions and concerns. When I’ve had life changes (new car, business,new house, etc) she’s been great about getting all i need to know about the situation and presents me with insurance options that best meets my needs, and with great rates.Thanks Diane

Great agency and excellent customer service!!! They Were able to get me significantly better rates than Progressive and always do their best answering any policy questions I have. I called recently about a possible claim and Nicole Kidder walked me through the entire process making it painless, can't say enough great things about how polite and helpful she was! Hands down best state farm agency in the Chicagoland area.

I called my agent last week and spoke with Diane on the phone. She does not handle claims, but emailed me with the correct person who was Nicole Kidder the account manager. Both Diane and Nicole won the extra mile to help me with my claim. They gave me a claims contact to follow up with and I did! My claim has now been processed and paid! Very reliable state farm agency.

What can I say about the workers here…they are friendly, intelligent, customer oriented..the list can go on and on. They help you understand the policy and what you’re paying for. I do not remember the last time an agent explained what each item is within the policy coverage and curtail the policy to your needs. Not the needs of the business. They have products to cover your butts all over the world. Btw these people are hilarious, they can make you laugh for hours.

Frank Scholz came highly recommended when I first got my driver’s license more than 30 years ago. Since then Frank Scholz State Farm agency has been by my side when I bought my first house, got married, had children and moved multiple times. Even though we live 50 miles away now we’ve insisted on continuing to use this particular agency over the years because of the great products, expert advice and impeccable service we’ve always received. I can’t say enough good things about Frank’s staff, especially Diane who has become like an extended family member to us. Always there when needed, just a quick phone call or email away, extremely skilled and proficient. Thank you for 30+ years of fantastic service!
