Very poor customer service. Not recommended. Miriam thinks she knows it all and doesn’t listen to the customers. I bought shoes and had them delivered. The shoes were mismatched and looked used. I brought them back to this store and Miriam acted very defensive as if I was blaming her. Instead of listening that I already spoke with corporate to have my replacement shoes expedited, she said I had to pay$35 for a mistake that’s not even mine. I came back the next day and Miriam again started to process another refund for shoes from that same order and behaved very rude not even caring or wanting to know why I returned them. I started to let her know what was wrong with the shoes and she ignored me and when I told her she don’t have to act defensive, she started arguing with me. The manager ended up taking care of my refund but who knows if she’ll handle Miriam’s poor customer service skills. As a paying customer I should’ve been treated with respect & courtesy. I will never shop here again and I will let all my friends and family know to stay away from shopping at this store. Also, never order shoes from JD stores to be delivered. They send you the shoes in the poorest conditions including mismatched items.

Instead of helping customers, they focus on stereotyping. My first visit and not going back again. I spent my money at foot locker rather with best customer service.

Not only is costumer service terrible but I almost got robbed walking out of store. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Came here on 12/23 early in the morning as soon as they opened to specifically shop here for a last min Christmas gift and it was closed even an hr after the mall opened. There was somebody at the register just folding clothes looking while I waited outside. I tried calling but the phone was not even going through.

To be honest I've never had worst customer service experience than this!This dude the African American guy was just so rude ever since the beginning, with zero customer service skills, he talks with no respect. I was literally scared to ask him about anything. He speaks to you with heavy rude voice with serious look on his face and the girl by the billing register were not even professional, she said me, so you're the one who got this, go ahead and put your card in, as if I owe them something! No respect at all, being rude for no reason. Anyways, I bought a pair of $150 Nike shoe, cuz I liked it, but I'll make sure I'll not walk into this store ever again.

Worst jd store id been to. Just trying to ask if i can get different box cause they try to give me a damage box but this employee name Isiah said i cant. This employee need to learn what is the value on any product. The company needs to do better in hiring process. ??????

Very poor customer service! Went in on July 15, to look for some shoes! The moment i walked in, there was a gentleman with glasses, heavy set, african American, saw me walk in and was not even greeted or asked if I needed any help! But once a pretty woman walked in, he instantly stopped what he was doing and said hello to her and asked her if she needed help! Also i found some shoes i liked, price tag on the shoe was $120.00. Went to check out at the register and it charged me $130.00 plus tax! So i brought it up to the manager and with red hair, and she acted as if she forgot english. Then another store manager came rolled her eyes and said “cmon let me give you your little ten dollars back because I don’t have time for this! Umm excuse me, you’re on the clock and you don’t have time to help out a customer who’s spending his hard earned money at JD’s! The women in that store have an attitude problem and pretend they are doing us a favor by being there! Without customers you won’t have a job! I will never recommend this place or go back! Im glad i live in Orange County and not in Chicago anymore! Very bad experience!

Me and my friends were waiting 5 hours for the Yeezy slide release and when they started the line they never said where it was starting so we assumed it was at the front and when they made us go to the back they moved it to where we were

It's one thing to come in and get attitude from employees, but it's another to be signed up for an email subscription that you didn't want. I walked in to buy a shirt and at the check out was asked for my name and email. I asked the person if I'm signing up for anything and she said "no, this is to email you your receipt." Eventually she asked me to verify my information and I saw an opt out of marketing emails option. I clicked it and yet for the rest of the night every 5 minutes I received the same email over and over again. I attached the pictures down below as I had to delete over 200 emails saying for me to "claim my status." This morning I eventually had to block the sender to stop receiving emails. I get the company has a quota but don't lie to customers to make it. On the record, I never even got an email receipt.

Absolutely poor customer service. Employee was very dismissive and attitude was through the roof. If you’re so miserable then quit. Don’t have JD sports lose $ or possibly close down like every other store in Lincolnwood Mall.
