We came to take some cash from our account and they didn't allow to take more than 5000 as it is Saturday then I was saying we can open account in different bank so we will have more options then there is lady cashier, she straight asked us to close account and take your money then open account in other banks. I was like how come you can say to your customers to get rid of your business and go to other one.

I deposit cash at the bank every day. I use the ATM 3-4 times a week to deposit money because I leave work at 5:00 to 6:00 PM. It's quite inconvenient. Please exchange the ATM machine to one that can accept larger bills at the 5/3 Bank on Golf Rd. The current ATM there only allows deposits of $1 bills, and it would be more convenient if it could accept $500 bills at once. Dr. David Seo

This bank is the worst i ever saw. Cant call customer service. When you go on chat they are complete idiots no help not nice not helpful i have auautherized charges and no help at all now im charged overdraft fee i will close all 3 my accounts go else where agent refused to reverse charge

Horrible service I have been depositing cash for my grandma into her account the past couple years since she cant move or get into a car now herself she gave me the deposit slip with the last digits of account # they said I can’t put cash in her account when I have been doing it for them at that location the past 5 years spoke to older lady first then asked for manager spoke to Kathy was very rude kept it short and sweet and hung up quickly

Working men won't be treated the same as other customers! Didn't want to let me in then proceeded to not give me the withdrawal amount requested they would only give me 1/4 of the amount requested. 15 min. Later at 6131 branch they gave me the other 3/4 that I was told I couldn't get!

Very bad experience with 2 personal bankers Tiara and Hadja, liars and unprofessional, and not so bright either, could not solve my issue with none of them, also, a gentleman came to rescue Hadja when she started to scream at me, not even trying to look into the problem. Hadja simply refuse taking care of me saying that I was disrespectful, which is not true, question I have asked, was too difficult to answer so she switched to disrespect. Being there 2 days earlier, I have seen her being busy with coffee and looking personal phone while people including me were waiting to be taken care. Tiara. allegedly the manager of this location, did not even try to solve my issue, but lie that 2 days earlier I did leave, yes, I did leave, telling her to call me when she solve my problem, no phone call was made! Please, some higher management look into whoo do you hire for customer service!!!

I would give this location zero stars for their HORRIBLE & extremely RUDE customer service! I went through the drive-thru and there were ZERO cars, just me. I wanted to do a very easy withdrawal. So while I am waiting, cars eventually came behind me. The teller with the blond, short, curly hair comes back who HAS my withdrawal slip telling how much I want to withdraw & asks me how much I am withdrawing & for my license- ridiculous. I thought this small withdrawal would be quick and easy & not such a hassle & a forever wait. So now I am waiting & waiting & notice she helped another car that drove out of the drive thru. Following that customer, she went to the other customer & neglected my simple request & not to mention I was there FIRST in line & yet not getting service.
I had to go out of my way, park & go inside to ask for my license back because she was clearly choosing who she felt was more important to service versus in the order customers came. Very very very rude.. & she did not even apologize!
Then I call to speak to the manager and the employees want to be nosey & know why I want to talk to the manager. First call I was put on hold & neglected .. after 5 minutes on hold, I hung up and tried again. They again wanted to know why I want to talk to the manager and put me on hold- I waited & waited & then they picked up the phone & hung up on me & did not speak to/help me. Then I called again & it was the machine when they were not even closed yet- thinking it was by mistake, I called and called again & it was the machine again. Then I called again & an employee answered & pretended to write my name & number down for the manager to call me back, but the manager never called me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE SERVICE - this is how they treat customers who keep their money with them??? So unprofessional

After I found out the fraud transaction on my account I want to open new account. I went to bank and met Personal Banker lady, Hadja B made an appointment 4 days later.I received the phone call just 20 minutes ahead for canceling my appointment that day and she asked to reschedule 2 days later.What? I already wait for ready making new account.I can't wait until 2 more days even I don't want to maintain fraud account. but she doesn't care. Not professional service.She gave a call ahead for this but I didn't get any phone call.Such a liar and Rude.She said" I gave you a call but you didn't answer"Why didn't you leave a voice mail or send a email,huh?Very Rude and never say SORRY.fifth third bank,Your lovely employee make losing customer.Please well educated your employees and give a comfortable service!
