After 20+ years of shopping at this location this was the first time I encountered terrible customer service. I know paying with a check requires proof of identification (common sense) but I was treated terribly by the young lady at the counter. I hope management can train these new team members to remember proper CUSTOMER SERVICE procedures.

I always have a very positive experience at this location in Lincolnwood, and the people at this store are the best of the best. I received exceptional customer service tonight (1/17/24) from the two people working. I’m sorry that I don’t know their names to thank them here. I was in a jam, and they went above and beyond to help me out. I appreciate them so much. Thank you!

I came in to print some architectural plans they charged me much more than what it said on their website. They did not want to honor the online price. Very disappointed I would not come to this store unless you like to get ripped off.

Lazy group of workers who change pricing and ability to do things based on if they feel like it or not. Ive printed things there several times, the same thing. Get quoted differently every time and workers make up excuses like “cant do it today, short staffed.” “Do it on the website its easier” when on the phone i was recommended to come in. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.

Empty office, stay there for someone help send a fax, few workers very busy with talk to each other, fully ignoring, not interested at all doing something, hope I’m not come back there….

I had some last-minute printing orders that were time-sensitive and they completed both at a lighting speed. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a friendly service and professional attitude. 10/10

There is no purpose in having a customer service phone number if you cannot provide customer service, and no sense in having a phone number for a particular store if the store does not answer the phone - simply state there is no access to staff for questions except for in-person inquiry. I can find boilerplate messages online.

I liked using this particular location until a situation happened that made me really realize how much they "care".A package was sent to this location for me to pick up. Unfortunately, I was unexpectantly admitted into the hospital and unable to pick up the package. Not wanting them to send the package back, I called and asked them to hold it for one more day until I could arrange for someone to pick it up.Their answer? Nope. In a nutshell, we don't care you're in the hospital and we will send the package back if you or someone doesn't get here within the next 2 hours to pick it up.Wow. Way to let me know how you feel and what you're thinking. Needless to say you won't have to worry about seeing me again.
