Fannie May chocolate speaks for itself in Chicagoland, so I stopped in for some treats for a small party I was having tonight. Absolutely delightful service from the woman running the shop this morning. She was so friendly and helpful, and even gave me a sample in a to-go bag since I wasn’t ready to enjoy it in the store! Thank you kind employee for your friendliness and letting me know it was sweetest day!

The woman that waiting on us was awesome. She provided us a couple samples. Yum! That's the way to sell.The selection of chocolate delights was large. There is something for everyone. The milk chocolate peanut clusters are delicious.Definitely be sure to stop in. You will not regret doing so.

I have gone there 3 times when they were supposed to be open and they have been closed. One of those times I had the shades closed on me and the sign flipped to closed - before when they were supposed to be closed! It's tough times. But businesses need to figure out how to communicate with their customers
