“Such a lovely experience here at Bejee Collections. They have a gorgeous selection of traditional clothes and jewelry and are very welcoming to their customers. Today, the ladies I met were super helpful in answering all my questions especially as a first time wearer for dupattas, especially Ms. Momna. She is such a kind person who values customers more than most people I have met. I also want to thank the other lady working with her who helped me find the absolute best chumkas for my lehenga. The service made me feel like a royal princess ? I now feel more confident in my styling of Indian clothes thanks to both their help!!!”

“Was leery of such a big online presence having a retail location. Looks small from the outside but once you're inside you realize it's a grower, not a shower. Staff was top notch and aren't too pushy. Didn't see any on their phones or looking miserable. Will come back again.”

“This HomeGoods location is one of my favorites! It’s larger than most, with a wide variety of items to choose from. I especially love their seasonal decor and beautiful selection of dishes—they always have something new and unique. The store is well-organized, making it easy to browse, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Whether you’re looking for home essentials or that perfect accent piece, this location never disappoints!”
“The store is a little older. They have two floors. Customer service is on the second floor and in the back. Makes it difficult for a senior. There is an elevator but you have to search for it a bit as it is in the back corner. Staff are good, generally. However there was a rude woman taking care of the fitting room. She never said hi or appeared genial. Just barked at myself and others coming in to try clothes , “No carts. Bring out your clothes when you are done.””
“I was very disappointed to walk into your store on January 2 and see that all the Christmas decorations were taken down!I would at least expect Christmas decorations to be up until the 12 days of Christmas pass.Even the Rockefeller Christmas tree in New York stays up until January 13th.Also, you should offer your Christmas wrapping through January 7. There are over 300 million Orthodox Christians living throughout the world that celebrate Christmas on a different day and a different Easter as well.I can’t get my gifts wrapped with Christmas paper because you take it away:(”

“I worked here for about 8 months, loveliest Staff I've ever worked with. They accommodate your needs, they don't encroach on your personal life, or poke or prod for details that aren't their business. Every single manager was reasonable and did the best they could and I know it's only minimum wage but if you ever have the pleasure of working here, don't take your managers for granted, they are flawed, but they're trying their best.
This is most well taken care of I've ever felt working anywhere and I was honestly sad to leave.”

“Nice clothes for nice cheap price. They had variety of quality goods and I loved & enjoyed purchasing them.
It was a bit crowded. Had to wait in a line for almost 10 minutes. I would like to visit again when it’s less crowded.
It was nice to be able to buy good quality clothes and daily necessities at a low price. Rather than just selling cheap Chinese factory products, you can actually buy products that are sold on the market at a low price ?
It wasn't that many people, but it was still a bit crowded. Visiting hours are between 6 and 7 p.m. I intend to visit again.”

“Typical target store. It’s awesome to have in the city. Plenty of parking in their garage, and rooftop garage access. Good selection of items and always well staffed. The service is pretty good considering you’re downtown Chicago. The store also feels safe instead of a sketch zone ?
Groceries are always fresh as well. The alcohol selection is always well stocked”
“Although customer service wasn’t able to help me with what I needed I’m not going to be sour grapes and give them a bad review because their customer service was excellent and they did exactly what they were supposed to do. “I had a very good experience today at the Sephora within this Kohls store. The young woman working was very attentive, capable and pleasant. I watched her deal with a very annoying customer who tried to monopolize her time with ridiculous requests, and this young lady was extremely patient and professional. I just do not understand why customers do not see that other people are waiting behind them. There is no reason to ask for directions to another store in the age of Google maps!
I actually felt entertained watching this woman (customer) make demands of this very patient employee with multiple ridiculous requests. It’s astounding to me how people do not seem to realize they aren’t the only person on planet earth!
Again back to the employee- she was awesome and kind. I could not have had the same level of patience. I wish I had gotten her name so I could recognize her professionalism. She even thanked me for waiting and recognized how long I had to wait.
It’s not often you encounter employees like this. Thank you!”

“Nice for a large for a city store. Some of the shelves were not well-stocked. Seemed like there was product missing in some areas, especially cosmetics. Good selection of brands for men, women, and children, overalll. Shoe section was large. Staff was friendly. The only way down today was the elevator as the down escalator wasn't working. That made it challenging for us with a wheelchair as everyone was using the elevator. But people were friendly about it. Hopefully the store landlord can fix the elevator soon with summer crowds incoming.”

I really appreciate you all helping me, I purchased the wrong size belt for my wife i came in to exchange it but that particular belt was no longer in stock. The store manager herself (i apologize if i get this wrong but i think the way you spell the name is Ajinkya?) came out from behind the counter to help me compare items that were similar in style and price. The store is also one of the most organized in the area! Very grateful for that as well because other cluttered stores make it overwhelming to shop with clutter. a note to others who complain about customer service just remember respect is earned not given, if you respect these people and give a positive interaction they will return the energy.”

“This is a good cheapie store for a lot of little things you may need around your house and seasonal supplies. It's not a good looking store, it's outdated and shows its age pretty badly and can get crowded but the prices are better than most stores but the quality is better than stuff at the Dollar stores. I've not bought food items here but if you need soap or handtowels or the like this is the place”
