The young lady who worked there this. past Sunday showed true excellence and she didn't even have a coworker. She was fast, kind and efficient!

I didn’t even know the other person in the store worked there until we were ready to check out. She didn’t even make eye contact when we walked in and just sorted through the jewelry and played on her phone.

We arrived at the Lincolnwood town center mall at 10am, and Claire's says online they open at 10, however by 12pm they finally opened... despite having employees inside. The metal fence was closed. Maybe they'll be open later, but clearly you need help.
