I normally come to Lincolnwood Town Center to get new shoes. As of 7/4/23, I got 2 new pair of shoes because my other one is starting to fall apart. Thank you "Mel" and staff are caring!! Coming back again!

Walked in the store. It was Meh..Just like any other store when the energy is off. Maybe I went on a bad day. Manager was helpful but did not look happy or inviting. It was a little uncomfortable to go and as a questionMaybe he was really busy or understaffed and stressed....i don't know..but..Hopefully his day got better.
