Recently experienced a hit and run which is very unpleasant but turning to Bee Zee Collision and Service Center for the repair helped make the situation seem almost pleasant! They were able to do my repair with a quicker than expected turnaround and kept me posted on their progress of repair every step of the way. Should I require a future repair, I will return.

For 13 years, I completely trusted BeeZee owner, Alex Zats, not only to repair my cars but to advise me on whether or not to buy used cars from other sellers. Everything changed 8 months ago when Alex violated my trust and duped me into paying $2500 in cash for a 26 year old car which turned out to be dangerous. He convinced me it was a "great car" and I believed him when he told me that "I wouldn't need to put any money into it for several months." Alex has serviced this car since it was new so he was aware of its condition.
Within a day of acquiring the car, the idle control broke and soon after, the Brake light came on. When I took it back to him, he charged me to repair the idle control and simply topped up the brake fluid. When the Brake light came on again a few days later, I took it to another mechanic. The brake line was leaking, the catalytic converter/entire exhaust system was completely corroded and the rear brakes would soon need replacing. He told me not to put any more money into the car after paying to repair the brake line.
I have been driving the car very locally as I was afraid it would stop working and I would be stranded. The Check Engine light came on 3 days ago and my new mechanic told me that the charcoal cannister is broken. But if he tries to remove it, the entire exhaust system will also need replacing, costing thousands of dollars. So, I have paid $3500 for a car that lasted 8 months; $2500 cost, $500 in repairs and $500 in title/license plate transfer.
To add insult to injury, Alex also committed fraud by purchasing the car from the heir of the deceased owners whose names still appeared on the title and selling it to me without first transferring the title into his name. It was a nightmare to transfer the title into my name.
I sent Alex a letter, giving him an opportunity to rectify the situation. He never responded and he has left me no choice but to make others aware of his fraudulent and unethical business practices. As I am a senior citizen, I also plan to file a complaint with the Illinois Auditor General for Senior Citizens Consumer Fraud.
Steer clear of BeeZee Collision and Service Center!!!

Brought my car to get repaired. Alex gave me an estimate. I got a call 3 days later , came back and picked up my car. It was washed , cleaned and repaired , waiting for me outside. I paid and left . No hassle , no waiting , no problem . Great job , well done , I wish all body shops , car service places operated this way . Thank you Alex .
