my rating: MINUS 10 "stars".STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CORPORATE AT&T STORE. the "manager", is a lying incompetent and it shows in the abject incompetence of ALL the employees.NONE of them informed me my 5 month old pixel7a was NOT compatible with at&t's 3rd rate network, BEFORE they ported me.everyone else i've interfaced with are untrained/unsupervised NON-salespeople, who seem to do nothing but watch youtube videos and laugh like all good 13 years do.until yesterday, i have ONLY gone to this "store", 8 TIMES, 4 of those visits, JUST this week, alone. i spent 5+ HOURS over those 4 visits and NO ONE could solve the problems ALL caused by their company. they showed this customer nothing but rudeness, lack of knowledge/training and supervision.the manager even called the other employees; "MY" employees, as if she pays them ALL HERSELF.she weirdly looked at my linkedin profile and then LIED about it, even though i told her i have the RECEIPT of her unprofessional creepiness, she was all about performing for "her" employees and getting "her" employees to witness HER LIES.she then went on to DEFAME me, by stupidly claiming i told her i was "racially profiling" her, which is EASILY disproven by 1000s of digi-recordings at&t has access to.looks like this "manager" has used the "profiling" card in the past and not just once.BOTH at&t and verizon are HEMORRHAGING consumer accounts, while the EMPTY OF CUSTOMERS corp store in lincolnwood, riverpoint, harwood heights, oak brook, have NO answers/solutions for what AT&T BROKE.#BuyerBEWARE#TheBUZZARDSofBUSINESS

Noemi and DJ helped me and my husband activate new lines. I wasn't getting much help or good service with Verizon. Additionally, I switched over from Apple to Android- which made it more difficult, but I had great help! They were willing to work with us to get the best deal and made sure we walked out confident with our new service provider! Thank You AT&T and staff. My new go to store!
