Aperioncare International on 48 and Western in Chicago need to hire Spanish Speaking staff so that our elderly residents can comunícate better with them without being ignored by other staff who don’t speak it. Better food needs to be given. The food is horrendous and the smell in this place is horrible. Please please, this place needs to be looked at.

It is so dirty. Disrespectful employees. Low amount of protein in food. There are some good employees but they have too much going on to barely complete the job at hand. Food almost never in safety zone.(temperature 145+) Stale food etc. We do not have Nurse Practitioner and have lost our counselors. They left a resident in the elevator for over 10 hours recently.

They can't even feed my mom correctly at the Elgin facility, she is trying to sign herself out and they are saying they'll call the cops if she leaves. This is what they serve her for dinner. No wonder why she has lost so much weight because they're not giving her any food to eat, a slice of turkey lunch meat and a piece of cheese That's not a dinner that's a snack. Avoid this hell hole!!!

This company does not care about patients. My mother was a resident in Michigan City, ind and within 3 months the staff left her alone and she went untreated for UTI s, severe dehydration, she was contracted, she lost teeth, didn't bath her or turn her and had severe pressure sores. Disgusting. Now no one will return my calls. Justice will prevail.

This is the newer location for Aperion Care. As the company grew, so did the building. We've only heard good things about how the employees are treated. The building is modern, elegant, and spacious!
