“As a young adult, I remember my mom sending me packages filled with great items, and I knew I was receiving something terrific when I saw the label was from Lake Forest Pack and Ship. I am older now, and mom recently passed away, so I needed to send a few valuables to my home in Georgia. Michael at LF Pack and Ship took the best care of me and the items. Everything (oil paintings, crystal, picture frames) arrived safely, in perfect condition, and early (thank you, FedEx ground)!”

“I need the cardboard file boxes which were on sale. I went into the store and the nightmare began. The have blocked off isles so you have to walk through little mazes. The clerk who helped me walked away from me half way through getting my order complete. I'm on a walker and it's a tough store to shop at. They have the entrance door locked so you have to walk again through a little maze to get out. I'm not sure I could shop here again. Now the good point of the store is they have a lot of variety, but sine they don't have an Electric cart I will never see everything they have to offer . And they have a lot of ads they don't explain which product is the correct one on sale. I saw two separate buyers have problems getting the sale product. Do you have to decide whether you would go in the store to shop or Just go online.”

“We sent in a menu card for an upcoming wedding. The file format we used was not sized properly. When we went to pick up the order, it was exactly like the file but we wanted the card narrower than what was printed. David initially helped us with the details then Jacob took over as it required sizing changes, font spacing, color changes, cleaning up fuzzy lettering, etc. We should have started from scratch and given these guys free rein to start over. They worked the document over several times while we were in the store and they nailed it. Our daughter, the bride, was very pleased with the outcome. We came here to have signs and banners printed for our prior wedding shower. Now here for the menu cards. We WILL be back for the wedding programs. These guys are great and very patient with customers having very specific quality requirements. Thank you!”

“Perfect, superior packaging. Didn’t skimp on materials. Seamless delivery. ON TIME DELIVERY!!!! I cannot stress that enough, being on time. In addition, the staff at store 3057 was super helpful in answering my questions. I spoke with Renee. She was the actual person that did the packing. This was all done over the phone as I never met them in person. They received my item directly from the seller I dealt with. This is a wonderful store to deal with!”
