Customer service department is terrible people who take orders are charge me three times for one order and didn't get back to me absolutely ridiculous

I placed an order on 5/25/23 and I'm still waiting on shipping information. I have ordered from LTD commodities before and never waited this long for an order to be shipped. I am now hoping that they get my order right and it doesn't look like cheap c*** All I can say is "WOW" HOW DISAPPOINTING!

I have been ordering from *** since the 80's when they were **** The stuff they show in their catalogs is spot on. I have placed hundreds of orders since the 80's and have NEVER been disappointed. I truly love love love this company and the operators are ALWAYS super nice.

I used to love this company. The products are cute and actually good quality which is why I gave 2 stars. HOWEVER, I placed an order at some point (no clue when because I was a frequent shopper) and now they are sending me past due notices saying they never pulled the payment at the time I ordered. I always provided my payment information when ordering online. Is there even any other way to do it anymore??? Why would you not pull the payment then and continue to harass me with past due notices????? They won't even say what the item was or what order this is related to.

I have purchased quite a few items from *** over the past 30 years and have had good luck. My most recent order...not so much. I ordered bakeware and a table cloth. All came this morning, packaged very nicely but....the mini muffin pans I ordered are the same size as the regular muffin pans. The price was right so I am keeping both anyway. My biggest complaint was the shipping cost. I searched, found and added a promo code for free shipping when submitting my order. I was instead charged **** shipping. The breakdown with the shipping charge added in for each item is still not a bad price but it is the principal. If the code was not an allowable code, it should not have shown up as free shipping, then charge me after the fact. Not too cool and I will not be ordering again based on that.

ZERO STARS..DO NOT ORDER...HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY..I placed an order 10/27, but never rec'd confirmation email nor was it showing in my order history; on 11/8 I placed another order thinking I must have messed up and not submitted the order. The VERY next day, 11/9/22, my package arrives from the order I placed 10/27!! I immediately get on chat with a LTD rep and ask to cancel the order placed 11/8 that had not shown shipped yet and was told they could not stop the process because it was already "invoiced for delivery in our warehouse." Whatever that is supposed to mean; they probably have a whole list of bullcrap excuses on a sheet of paper to tell people. Then I was told I can call when I receive order for a return label costing me $7.99 to send my order back. Told them I hope the 7.99 is worth the loss of a customer and Christine then says, "Thank you for visiting. It was a pleasure serving you." YEAH, I bet it was. What kind of customer service is that???? NO MORE ORDERS FROM ME!

I ordered 3 things (drink dispenser, egg drawer for fridge and another fridge drawer). These were shipped promptly, but this order included a sink caddy. I also decided I didnt want the fridge drawer. So I emailed customer service to inquire about returns. Absolutely NOTHING was in the email regarding a return fee, but did include a return label attached. I have never heard of such a thing. So, I called them when I saw only $7 had been refunded out of $14. I asked the associate what the return fee was for and she said its just their policy. These things were not damaged or broken, so your policy stinks. Def not shopping on your website EVER again!

I've been purchasing items from LTD Commodities since the early 1980's. I love their selection, prices, and speed in filling orders. Their items are of good quality (be it clothing, cookware, household goods, etc.). Out of hundreds of items I've ordered over the years, I've only gotten one item that was a little less quality than they usually sell. I've never had any problems with an order, shipping instructions, or charge to my credit card. I'm a very satisfied customer and have referred many a friend and relative to LTD Commodities. Keep up the good work!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! Less than an hour ago I purchased a set of deck and stair lighting from LTD Commodities LLC.. When I found a similar and better rated product I immediately contacted them to cancel my order, (LITERALLY 15 MINUTES LATER) I was told @ 8:30am, that the order had not entered into their system and to call them back in 20 minutes, and then they would be able to do so. I called them back at 9:00 am and was told that unfortunately, the product was already processed and they couldn’t cancel the order or remove the purchase from my credit card. After repeatedly being told by this representative and then her supervisor I was told the same thing. When I made it clear that I would rescind the charge with my credit card company and report the charge as fraudulent, the supervisor ended the call by asking if there was anything else she could help me with. I said “sure, direct me to your review page!” BEWARE OF THIS sneaky practice!

I placed 2 orders in November, still have not received the items. Then placed another in December 2021, have not received them as well. Talked to customer service and they assured me that everything is in stock. Three days later I was sent an email which stated half if not more of those same items were out of stock and no longer available. These were christmas presents I needed for family members. Never have heard from customer service again about my orders. I paid by credit card . I better not be charged.

I have loved LTD for years. The last 2 yrs I've ordered early to get Christmas presents well before Christmas so I can ship them out or wrap before the holidays. Today is 12-22-21 I have not received my order from the beginning of Dec. I had 6-8 day shipping, we are on 3 weeks now. I live 30 minutes from them and they weren't able to hold it for me to pick up after 2 weeks of waiting. If you have 3-4 weeks for delivery, it's great.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WAITING FOR A RETURN LABEL FOR 2 WEEKS. KEEP CALLING BACK,, CANT SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR OR A PERSON LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES.. NEVER WILL I ORDER AGAIN
