Had confirmation for, but did not get. 2 double adjoining rooms ( having 14 yr grandaughter and a friend) 3rd floor or higher, free internet, rooms with chair & ottoman (daughter in law needs for nursing baby, crib in the room, free wi- fi, complimentary water, etc....Check in was awful. We are Marriot Reward customers and when I made the reservation I gave my name, my credit card and let the reservation line know my husband had Marriot Reward number and handed him the phone. All set right? Nope, get to the hotel with the kids and am told we do not have a reservation. I was firm I did and what ate rooms were. They changed reservation to under my husband's name who is not traveling with me. So after back and forth thet expected my answers and I showed them my card it was booked on. Then I was told we didn't have request for adjoing room (confirmation says different in email) they said tgey did not have adjoining doubles. So told the 2 girls, sorry but they would have to sleep together.
First floor not 3rd floor, with sliding glass doors to outside. I NEVER have any hotel room with ground level entry for safety reasons, and is my biggest request when making reservations. Manager on duty thinks none of this is a big deal. Is very uncornced and makes me feel like a bother. His answer was we gave you 3000 points for not having a crib in the room. My ID was never checked to verify info, never given sheet that has restraunt information. I called and spoke to manager again once baby was feed and settled, the 2 teen girls were settled, and he really was just cold and more escalated things than try to make right. I think they should play the record reservation phone call and can verify the conversation and name reservation was made under (which is my name). The way management handled is very disappointing.
Noteworthy details: The hotel did not have the reserved rooms (per confirmation that we paid for). Manager wanted to argue/debate instead of correct. He made it sound like he did me favor letting us in rooms I paid for and the reservation I booked in my name. I understand they hooked to my husband marriot rewards, but the reservation was in my name. It was stressful getting in and ruined the mood for us all and our expectation of our rooms.

Did not stay. I went there for a wedding. The service was superb. The beef gravy was too salty, and the mashed potatoes didn't have any flavor and seemed like paste. Everything else was good.

Kind of an old building, but the rooms were nice and clean and the staff was great. I would recommend!

Rooms were large and accommodating, the restaurant and bar were great. The Starbucks was also convenient for the mornings. Spent a week there for work and would come back again.

Very amazing, great food, breakfast, or brunch it's well worth the drive to come eat here. Very kind waitstaff. I've been coming back often to have breakfast here, and it's been a delight always!

Rooms: Comfortable. The door to the bathroom is a bit narrow.
