I had an appointment today 9/1/24. I was not satisfied at all. The Doctor didn't seem like they were knowledgeable or informed enough to tell me why my optic nerve was elevated. I mentioned I had a bad fall recently she didn't even give the slight less explanation if that was a factor. The so called doctor was an absolute joke. I did get a referral to get a second option. I will never go to any LensCrafters again. I will looking for another eye doctor else where.

Incredible staff. Super friendly. They put up with my unique personality every time. I feel welcomed there. Both doctors take the time to explain everything. Will continue to visit!

Very welcoming staff and the Doctor.
Excellent facility and ambience. I'm impressed by all the modern tools.
The staff explained the charges very clearly - what insurance will pay and what I would and how I could reduce my out of pocket.

Our appointment was for my two kids, ages 8 and 6. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, they let my kids see all the tests they did to check their eyes. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and made my kids feel comfortable.

Everyone was awesome. I was greeted like family when I arrived and the exam was started a little bit early. Dr. Linda explained everything about my eyes and what to expect as I age. I never had an eye doctor so thorough. Thank you to the whole staff at this LensCrafters.
