Great experience - they went above and beyond to fix my HM chair, including replacing some faulty arms that weren’t even the issue we brought the chair in for! If we ever have any more office chair problems, I know who to call.

II LLC employs a very malevolent person. Confrontational, they also thwart Local Village ordinances resulting in court appearances in Lake County where they repeatedly lost their defense.

From the minute I spoke with a receptionist till the day a gentleman came out and repaired my chair the attention I got along with almost immediateresponses the service was great. I know one of the girls I dealt with was Irene Ufest and I think another was Mary Bare, both were a pleasure to deal with. I wish I had asked the name of the repairman as he was wonderful as well. If all business was conducted like this, life would so much easier!! Wish I could give it more stars!

I needed a part for my vital Herman Miller Aeron office chair, since as a disabled veteran with spinal injuries I cannot sit for long periods of time on any other piece of furniture. Interior Investments not only found me the part quickly, they were great at communicating, shipped it directly to me, and didn't charge me until they were sure I was able to install it myself. Even further, when I was installing the new part, I discovered a second part of the chair, entirely unconnected to the original damaged part, that also needed to be replaced. When I inquired about purchasing another replacement for that part, Irene, the project coordinator who had been helping me, located the part for me and sent it to me FREE OF CHARGE since they had it in stock already and didn't need to order it for me. I can't say anything more than it's pretty much the best customer service and satisfaction that one can have, and as a result I'll be using Interior Investments for any of my future office furniture needs that they can cover.

Can't say enough about how positive my experience went with Irene and Tom at Interior Investments. Having experienced hassles over the last year with some unnamed small and LARGE businesses....when my favorite chair broke in September 2018 (!) I rolled it into a closet. Just wasn't feeling up to dealing with any more hassle. Needing space in said closet while spring cleaning...I mustered my resolve and was easily put in touch with II's Lincolnshire location - Problem solved in mere days!

Looking for part for an original Eames lounge chair. Lady told me ( based only on part pics which I sent) that my chair was a replica/ knock off, even though I have documentation proving that it is an original. Then she passed on info that my chair might be manufactured by company other than Herman Miller (incorrect again) and parts weren't compatible. Talked to another HM dealer, who had ZERO problem ordering the needed part for me.

Ordered $3500 worth of relatively high-end office furniture. Initial custom measurements were off. Changes requested. Now 9-10 months later, still without final install. Would NOT recommend to colleagues or purchasing unit...
