I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. We came in from North Carolina for our daughter’s Navy graduation and lucked out being able to check in early. From the moment we walked in the door everything was wonderful. Rooms are clean and big, friendly staff goes out of their way to make accommodations- like extending our stay and the breakfast was great. They even called our room to make sure we were happy when we checked in. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This hotel is far and away the best I've stayed at. Not just the amenities, but also the staff. I have a medical condition that flared up severely my first night at the hotel, and the manager Anton, who is an absolute saint, and his team acted quickly and literally saved my life. Whether it's business or personal travel, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. No matter what happens, they will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy, healthy, and always welcome, whatever the circumstances.

Very nice clean and big suits ! Nice area ! Beautiful !!! But the staffs are not so friendly or welcoming & we had to push our luggages up to our rooms . Maybe As a local Hawaii resident I get our very own welcoming friendly and helpful staffs & to see bad customer service elsewhere is not good . I came here for my daughters Graduation from Navy & we left hotel around 4am to get to ceremony early . We asked staff to get our rooms refresh before we brought back our Sailor and I wanted to cry she opened the door and beds were not made and towels were still on the floor . We called right away for a freshen up and they asked us we needed to be out of the room ! Omg we were tired and hungry we had to go back out and wait ! Just terrible considering we were so tired from a long day and we had a baby with us !Our last day we came down for breakfast and they ran out of waffles mixer and they were speaking Spanish it just felt so uncomfortable not knowing what they are smiling and mumbling about !

Rude front staff. As a Diamond member, at times I have asked for a later checkout (1pm) due to my flight being late. Front desk staff and her "manager" Jackie said 1pm checkout is not possible even for a Diamond member. I have never heard this before. Breakfast was horrid - same menu everyday and no oatmeal!!Business is not customer-oriented in Chicago area anymore (especially for the hotels)... it must be because of social and fiscal policies collapsing there. This is their way of recouping their profit from the customers. Unsightly!

We stayed here for our son’s Navy graduation! Highly recommend this hotel! Great environment, staff, very clean, room was amazing, great special rate discount for Navy graduation, delicious continental breakfast; worth every dollar!Room a 4 star only because the bed was not comfy. I also need them to freely accommodate when I ask for an extra blanket. There was a slight hesitation like there was a shortage but we got one.Remember to do 24 hour advance room cleaning because they won’t if you don’t. I didn’t read that so my bad!Overall great hotel! It will be my first pick next trip.Nearby activities: This was both business and vacation! Our son graduated Navy bootcamp! We were near great eating places and shopping and the drive to the Naval Base was 20 minutes tops but not a bad drive at all! They also let us check in early because not all family attended graduation but we arrived at 5:30 to IL graduation started at 9 so I was able to drop off family and go rest at the room.

Rooms are always clean, the linens and bedding are always fresh. The bath stuff they provide are high class organic and free of sulfate. The location is quiet and staff are very nice and accommodating. I will be booking again with them in the future.

We really like coming here. It's close to many corporate-like businesses, so it's a good place to stay if someone needs to be in town for a few days.The lobby is bright and colorful. It has tables and cushy places to sit and wait for an Uber, work on a laptop, enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, or your breakfast.The rooms are like studio apartments with a small kitchen area that has a microwave and nice fridge. There are coffee mugs, solid drinking glasses, bowls, cookware, utensils and a dishwasher. It also has a desk, a couch, footstool, and a TV bigger than all three of the TVs we have at home. There's a dresser and small closet area too with an iron and ironing board inside. It also has a privacy curtain if someone wanted to work and and another person wanted to sleep. Also, outlets and charging ports are literally everywhere.Housekeeping is largely by request so there's no fear of anyone coming to your room at 7:15 to clean it while you're still snoozing. If you need trash or linens changed, fresh towels, etc., there's always someone at the front desk and they are gracious about providing whatever it is you need.It's right off of a big main road with shops and restaurants but it's in a quiet spot. You hear absolutely no traffic noise. None.The cons here are subjective.It's a few miles off the freeway and there's no fast access to 94 so that may be a downside if you were looking for a place to stay close to a freeway. And the walls are a bit thin, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs somewhere to stay for any length of time. It's clean, the staff is friendly and the beds are comfy!Rooms: Clean, neat, well appointed.Nearby activities: Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.Safety: It's in a safe neighborhood.

Exceptional hotel and staff. If you are visiting for your child’s basic training of the US Navy this is perfect! Lots of space in the rooms decent continental breakfast and not to far places to eat.

Wow, I've never written a negative review but I'm really disappointed by the false advertising and lack of care from this hotel. I was promised a call from the manager 3x (due to needing help with my account and having problems with the room) and no one ever called, Expedia intervened and the hotel agreed to a partial refund, then they refused. False advertising, room had lots of issues, and because of the terrible service I will not stay again.

We had a lot of fun! Rooms were clean. Loved the Zero% shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash in the bathrooms. My hair is 3B and it gave me really good slip for detangling. I also love that there is breakfast.Rooms: We had the queen bedroom suite and it's nice to have separation between the sleeping area and living area.

This place is excellent! The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very spacious. The kitchen amenities are great and the rooms are very clean! I very much enjoyed my stay here from the service to the pool and gym. Very much recommend if staying in the area!!
