The Hampton Inn Lincolnshire in Illinois truly sets the standard for what a hotel experience should be. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. The cleanliness of the entire hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, was impeccable, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout my visit.One of the highlights of my stay was the continental breakfast. It was not just a meal; it was an experience. The variety and quality of the food exceeded my expectations, ensuring that every guest could find something to enjoy. It was the perfect way to start the day, full of energy and satisfaction.Overall, the Hampton Inn Lincolnshire is a very good place to stay for anyone visiting the area. It combines cleanliness, comfort, and convenience with excellent amenities, making it a top choice for travelers. I wholeheartedly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

My go to choice when visiting for work. Always consistent and dependable. The front desk manager when coming in later in the evenings is the absolute nicest and so welcoming.

Check-in was easy, check-in staff was friendly, the room was clean, and was in a quiet part of the facility...or so I thought. I was awakened at 3:30 am by the person/people above me. They were playing loud music (sounded like old r&b) and singing Maroon Five. I called the front desk and complained. The noise didn't stop until 5 am, which was supposed to be my wake-up time. The guy at the counter asked if the noise ever stopped and I told him not really. He shook his head, apologized, and told me that they would discount my stay. I know it's not the fault of the hotel that they had an inconsiderate person staying there, but it definitely put a damper on my otherwise pleasant stay. I have not received a discount as of this posting.

Shauna was wonderful checking me in. The breakfast crew, two women, were very friendly. Checking out I was told I could not use my Hilton Honors because the reservation had been made in my sister's name. The woman at checkout ,"Virgo" necklace, was not friendly, just "no". Man gave more explanation. Maybe a bad day, as it was Jan. 2nd. Otherwise, clean and nice overall.

Absolutely loved this location. It was near wonderful food, great atmosphere, and outstanding customer service.I cannot speak highly enough of Kyra. She was wonderful and very informative of the area. Overall impressed with the location and staff. Thank you again Kyra for such a wonderful stay & service.

I came into town on a business trip. The room was very spacious. The breakfast in the morning was very good. The main thing that really stood out to me and the reason why I gave a 5 star review was because of Sharon at the front desk - she was so personable, warm, friendly, and treated me as if I’ve known her for years. It’s people like Sharon that make a world of a difference in the hospitality industry. She is absolutely wonderful and a gem. She made my stay experience very special. Thank you Sharon!

Place was great, and I ended up losing my receipt on a business trip. Michelle at the front desk went above and beyond for me! Requested my receipt to be emailed to me and she did so.. unfortunately my email was not generating and I had to call back again.. Michelle took the time to help me and sent it to my personal email.. My email was not working there ether and Michelle went out of her way to text it to me.Over the top customer service! Class act by Michelle and all in all great hotel. Couldn’t be more grateful for Michelle though!

What a delightful experience! The Hampton Inn & Suites in Chicago's Lincolnshire did not disappoint. From the moment I entered, the friendly staff greeted me with warm smiles, making the check-in process swift and straightforward.The room was immaculate. Modern amenities blended seamlessly with cozy touches, ensuring my stay was comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the bathroom boasted pristine cleanliness. The complimentary Wi-Fi was robust – perfect for both leisurely browsing and my brief work sessions.Breakfast is worth a mention. A variety of hot and cold options were available, ensuring there was something for everyone. The coffee was freshly brewed and provided that much-needed morning kick.Location-wise, Lincolnshire proved to be a great choice. It was tranquil, yet close enough to Chicago's hustle and bustle. We stayed here last year, as it’s conveniently located near family, so we thought we’d stay for a week again this year. Unfortunately, our experience was not as good. I gotta say upfront that the front desk staff is really great. Sharon and Shauna were the best.Upon arrival we noticed that we had a room that had an adjoining door. No prob, that was ok. Then we saw stuff splattered on the walls and bathroom door. The closet door had paint splotches on it…just paint the door. My husband stepped on a fake fingernail, the rug needed vacuuming and the shower door had pink slime on it. So we called and asked for them to clean the room in the morning. We got in late at night.They cleaned the room the next day but guess what nothing listed above was actually cleaned and I stepped on a different fake nail. So I went to the lobby and got some Lysol wipes and cleaned the walls & door.Then two days later there was a wedding and the people across from us had a party and kept us and my two kids up all night. My little guy was not feeling well so this was annoying. The next, the person next to us had a dog barking all night. Apparently, you can have pets in any room now. UghWe did tell the staff there about it and they did their very best to contact each party and make things right. Shauna ever offered Hilton points which was appreciated.So not sure we’d stay here again which is a bummer. They really need to keep wedding parties and animals in a separate wing. If you stay, they have a nice breakfast and Chippy’s which is a short walk away is lovely too.I’ve posted 3 images. Not sure they’re showing.UPDATE: thank you, Kyra, for taking the time to chat with us. We greatly appreciated your response. You were very sweet, professional and addressed all of our issues. You guys truly do care about your guests. ThanksRooms: Need to be cleaned better. Noisy at night so hard to sleep. Beds and pillows are very uncomfortable.

Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful and gracious. I felt like they really tried to make sure our stay was pleasant. We stayed at another Hampton recently and this one stood out more because of their customer service. Even after encountering a problem with my card, the GM, Kyra made sure to take care of it promptly.

My Family and I stayed for 3 nights and 4 day and this stay was one of the best we had!!Breakfast everyday complimentary late check in & late check out, clean rooms, staff was great ?!Pool is small no hot tub but didn't effect our stay.

Our receptionist, Sharon, provided top of the line service! She was so helpful and hospitable during our stay.The rooms were also clean and comfortable. We will certainly stay again if we're in the area.
