This is a very professional place I can feel. I could not name the guy’s name after a while, but he used his best knowledge and effort try to solve a complicate package delivery problem that I have to deal with. His attitude and efforts are highly appreciated. Thank you very much.

An employee at this location is woefully unprofessional, alarmingly unhinged, or perhaps even mentally unstable. I went in to pick up a post card print order I submitted online. While I wasn’t necessarily dissatisfied with the result, the printout was missing the white margins that were clearly visible within the requested dimensions in the print file that I originally submitted. Without asking for any sort of refund or redo, I tried pointing this out and asking what I can do in the future to make sure it shows in the print out, especially since I am planning to print even more copies. The employee then started audibly laughing at me as if I made some sort of joke. When I asked if I said something funny, they froze and kept repeating over and over again that they are “turning over a new leaf.” I informed this employee I was not sure what he meant by this, and insisted I am just asking this one question for the future. I was then told that *I* am somehow being disrespectful towards him, that he refuses to address my concern, and that he is going to have to call security on me…I wish I was kidding. I would have walked out then and there, but I really needed to know how to print these correctly for the following day, so I literally began pleading with him and apologizing for any misunderstanding. After walking away from me, ignoring me, and taking care of other customers who were in line after me, he willingly obliged and finally listened. Upon doing so, his demeanor completely made a 180. He became ostensibly compliant, polite, and asked for a few minutes so he could redo the print job right then and there. I reminded him I was not exactly unhappy with the original, and was just asking what I can do differently in the future, but he insisted. After waiting patiently for another 10-15 minutes, he produced an even worse job than the first, presenting white margins that were crooked and uneven. It was so much worse that I speculated that it was done out of spite, but I still gave him the benefit of the doubt. When I relayed whether I could do something on my end for the future, he said that there was nothing I could do to get this printed correctly besides going to another location because there allegedly was an issue with cutting board, although it appears that this individual just doesn’t know how to precisely measure given these two occurrences. In light of this, I asked for the General Manager’s contact information, but they could not provide that to me. After leaving the store, I immediately called corporate to alert them of this incident, but I do hope management claims some responsibility and gets in touch with me.

Went in to scan a large blueprint. Their scanner didn't work with my USB drive so the conveniently offered to sell a 16Gb capacity drive to me for $10. The error on the scanner said my drive wasn't formatted in NTFS. Checked when I returned home and it works fine. WTG FedEx for extorting customers by having outdated equipment. This is a warning to all to save you the same hassle and hustle.

Very condescending employee I had to deal with. I had never shipped something international before and it was like pulling teeth to get the employee to assist me. She pushed the paperwork in front of me, quickly went through it and purposefully stepped away. When I tried to ask clarifying questions, she talked to me like I was a child even though she new it was my first time filling this out.She made it very clear that she didn't want to help me, was annoyed that she had to answer questions, and couldn't wait for me to get out of the store.I will gladly go out of my way to avoid ever stepping foot in this store again.Only gave 2 stars because, as far as I am aware, my package is actually getting shipped.

I went to this facility on Tuesday. I was sending a sealed styrofoam box with a vial of blood. This was my last step before being listed for a transplant. I was anxious and honestly afraid of making an error. I appealed up the guy working there - he kept his distance and said customers do it themselves. I honestly did not know how to do it. I started up peel address label and he said no leave that / then I attempted to seal envelope and he said no no the one on inside , all the while keeping his distance and 0 offer to help or even be polite. All he had to do was assist me with the package directly, like ups does. Very disappointed in this local branch and hope a different one will have better customer service as I will be needing to use fed ex a lot in the future.

I was surprised to read some other customer reviews for this location! I have been here several times and the location is convenient and I have always been treated nicely. On my most recent visit, I worked with Tylan. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, though, I arrived at his store almost near closing time. I appreciated his positive attitude and helpful demeanor! And I got the prints I needed. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I'll most definitely be back!!! Thanks, Tylan ......

Our visit was quick and efficient. We needed large architectural drawings printed and the staff took good care of us. In and out in 15 minutes.

Good location. Poor attitude. I wasn't asking for much - just some help. The response was the opposite of what is considered customer service or friendly behavior. I have to agree with some other recent reviewers on that.

The customer service is terrible! I went there and they were rude to me and my daughter. Would not recommend going there at all.
