The review below looks very fake to me from someone in another country at five stars, but this is my experience.Karyl Mandel is a CPA with this business. She is a very unprofessional individual. The business really should reconsider her employment. She never answers the phone, she is rude, and is a liability to the business she represents.I've worked with Karly in the past and she is an extremely condescending and places no trust in her clients. As a CPA with over 30+ years of experience she lacks patience and truly any customer service. I recently became a small business owner, one of the biggest challenges is making sure that you have the right CPA. I was referred to Karyl and that was the biggest regret of my life working with her. As a person new to the business world I am still learning and she couldn't have been more terrible than she was to me and my business partner at the time in 2020.Due to COVID, I've had a lot to deal with as a business owner and have had to touch base with Karyl again about some other items pertaining to my business. My new accountant also thought she was absolutely horrendous to deal with.I'm sure other advisors at the company may be fine, but if Karyl is a representation of the services offered I would look elsewhere.

STAY AWAY! TRUST ME! KARYL is an absolutely horrendous person. She obviously doesn't know this is a customer service oriented business. I completely regret working with her this year.She NEVER answers and if she happens to answer you wish you never spoke to her. She will try to rip you off. Don't even bother with this one.

Steven Edelheit and his team prepare taxes for our business, most of the associations we manage and our personal return as well. Sometimes I wonder how they get it all done. But each return they process they do a thorough job and each time I call with questions they take the time not only to answer the questions, but also to ask me how my business is doing.
