I experienced the worst customer service at this location with rude, arrogant, and condescending clerks. I had several returns and after being brushed off by one clerk who wandered off, the second clerk demanded to process the return by item and not order. After I explained that that was not the way I wanted my return processed, she promptly began to lecture me about computers and how I should not fear "learning" another way of having returns processed. Really? Sounds like Chicos needs to step up their training at this location, and in that way, most of the cars in the parking lot would've been parked in front of their store instead of Talbots and WHBM.

Had a hard find. Needed something to wear to an evening fancyish wedding, but have all sorts of special needs due to cancer treatments and side effects. The wonderful woman worked really hard to find me something I could wear and look good in.

Outstanding Service! If they don’t have it on hand they will find it and order the item and ship it to you! I always get an honest opinion of how clothes look! No pushy sales here, they want you to be happy and satisfied. They know you’ll come back.

Outstanding customer service. I really appreciate that when I ask for their opinions they are honest about what looks good or what doesn’t work. They’re not about getting you to buy something, they’re about helping you look good and feel good in what you buy. I always feel confident in an outfit they help me put together.

Loved to always buy my clothes specially ankle or regular pants. They have perfect sizes of every body type. Loved the materials & colors. This store is #1 choice when I have to buy pants.

If you like Chicos you're going to like the store. It's clean. It's open. It's bright. And today when I had to do returns and do some shopping the women were extraordinarily helpful. The return was extremely easy. They just looked at my account which was awesome. I also found some great tops that will get me through the holidays which always makes me super happy. Chicos has been working on its clothing and I always find a couple of items that I want to add to my wardrobe for the season.
