Dealing with this "organization" is like trying to herd cats. Don't forget their phone pin, because it will take days to get another one sent to you in the mail, and they will not help you without it. It took a week to 'almost' get my 401k rolled over to my ***, but wait... I still had $0.06 in some fund that needed to be corrected first. This took them a few more days. They consistently tried to get me to use their web site to accomplish all this, but that's a booby trap... don't do it. It's easy to **** up, and it just causes other delays.Their customer service was kind and cheerful, but poorly trained. I was transferred from one person to another, then back again. Their bureaucracy is frustratingly slow as it took more than two weeks to simply transfer my 401k to my *** at another broker. This is something that should not take more than a few days for full completion.I've dealt with these people before when I worked at another company, and they were horrible then, too. If at all possible, open an *** at another broker and have your employer deposit your funds directly there and don't deal with these people.

I am a retiree of Century Link, which is now Lumen. Part of my retirement benefits is a Health Spending Account which is handled by Your Spending Account, Alight Solutions, LLC. According to the terms of YSA, I can get reimbursed for Over-the-Counter medications with a prescription from my doctor. However, due to the pandemic the federal government passed the CARES Act (Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security). Thanks to the CARES Act, I can use my HSA funds to buy OTC medications WITHOUT a prescription. This act is retroactive to January 1, 2020. I submitted several claims - some were paid without comment, others I had to resubmit several times before finally getting reimbursed. Recently current claims for OTC meds have been denied. I printed information on the CARES Act and resubmitted with the claims. They were denied with the reason being given is that I need a prescription. Although having to resubmit is annoying and time consuming, as long as I got reimbursed I was OK with the service. As of Friday, February 19, I had 3 OTC claims rejected. 2 of the claims had been submitted 3 times, along with documentation on the CARES Act, a letter explaining the CARES Act, and the invoices for the purchases. I have called twice - an exercise in patience itself with long que times. Both times, the service reps were argumentative, surly and unwilling to check the claim, insisting I need a prescription for OTC. They claim no knowledge of the CARES ACT. Both times I requested to be connected to a supervisor. I am told to hold for someone else, and immediately get cut off. It's very frustrating because there's no contact information available other than the number that gets me to the service reps who are very incompetent

Alight Solutions is the company that AT&T chose to manage its benefits center website. I have tried to get an issue regarding health benefits resolved during the past week. Each time I've called, I've waited a minimum of 20 minutes (listening to "Please be patient" recorded messages played every 15 seconds) before an agent finally answers. After I finally got to speak to a human, I was disconnected (not sure if it was by mistake or intentionally) a total of FIVE TIMES. So after being disconnected I have to start over. I tried the online CHAT, but the agent said he couldn't resolve my issue. I asked him to speak with a supervisor at which time the agent asked for my telephone number so a supervisor could call me back. STILL WAITING two days later. I even received a survey indicating my issue had been resolved (it hadn't). I answered the survey (rating the experience very negative) and when the survey section asked me if I wanted to speak with someone about my experience, I answered "yes." Again, STILL WAITING! I'm a retiree, so I can't contact anyone in the AT&T HR department for help. If I were an active employee, I would do everything in my power to dissolve the partnership between AT&T and Alight. There HAS to be better HR management companies out there.

Worked out here for a few months. Friendly people. I enjoyed the walking path around 1-4 Overlook Point buildings during lunch, which included scenic ponds with ducks. Good cafeteria food at a very reasonable price.
