Had good experiences going in person; horrible experiences as of late.Staff taking calls were extremely rude, even though I was the one who couldn't get my medication.Was literally told, "I don't know what you want me to do," by one staff, and told to essentially figure it out myself by the other. I waited on hold for about twenty minutes until I didn't have the energy or patience to be spoken to like a nuisance and given no help. I don't even write reviews, but my God, it's unbelievable that the world's most disrespectful and unhelpful individuals were all staffed on the same night.
