From the day he was “gotcha’d” to adulthood, I’ve placed my trust in Timbercrest and Dr. Borgeson to care for my beloved Ace. They’ve consistently treated us with utmost respect and urgency whenever necessary. Unlike many other pets, Ace isn’t afraid of the vet; instead, he eagerly awaits his return, knowing that she’ll reward him generously. While some may criticize their prices, I prioritize ensuring Ace receives the best possible treatment. And Ace himself says, “Thanks!”

Dr Borgensen is amazing!! She truly cares and will go above and beyond her duties to help your pet. She stayed late and came in on her day off to take care of our dog. I am convinced that she saved our pup’s life. Doc definitely restored her quality of life.

Im sure they're great, if they ever answered the phone. I've only ever been able to place I think 2 appointments here because they just never answer their phone and never call back despite leaving voicemails.
