Great place to consign clothes for a reasonable profit. Though it can be hard to get there within their window of accepting items. I’ve gone there multiple times when they were supposed to be open and nobody was there so call ahead if you’re coming from far.
The store is well organised and the staff is friendly.

I LOVE Renew. I visit nearly weekly because there’s something new to look at almost daily. Their unique finds adorn my business and home from beautiful furniture, accessories and brand name clothing for my children. Their mannequins are always so well styled in outfits inspiring me to mix and match either new or gently worn pieces into something stylish.

I just LOVE the girls there...always friendly and helpful!! The store always looks great and they always have excellent selections to shop!! I LOVE going there because I never know what I'll find. I'd highly recommend checking this place out!!

Someone left a review saying that I told her “I need to use the restroom—now” while I did not demand her to get out like she claims I did announce to her that I was the employee needing to use the restroom. Our bathrooms have a sign that says “no public restrooms employees only” we deal with theft a ton unfortunately so we closed off our bathrooms. When I tried to use the restroom I wasn’t expecting anyone to be in there because no one asked to use it. If someone were to come up and ask us to use the restroom we tell them yes, of course. If you do not ask and decide to go ahead and use it, despite the sign telling you it’s not public, we are going to assume you are doing something you shouldn’t be in the bathroom. Like I said, if you ask us, we will let you use it. Thank you to all who choose ReNew! We appreciate each of you. ?

This shop was so enticing - until we began to shop. We had come from Peoria to visit this place and we were planning on spending some money here on Christmas shopping. I had to use the restroom......so, when I saw a women's bathroom I went in and used the facilities. Literally, a woman knocked on the door and I told her I would be right out. She knocked again. "I am an employee and need to use the bathroom - now." Like I was going to stop what I was doing - NOT. It was terribly intrusive and just rude. We actually saw a table for about $200 that we would have purchased - but I was not about to help line her pockets.
LOST A CUSTOMER - FOREVER.

Yes, in 2012 my son and I were able to share in the holiday by helping put their float together as well as walking in the Christmas parade and handing out beanie babies to kids. One thing I love is being open to paying it forward with things I was so graciously given, I seen no use for those things sitting in storage.

I always enjoy going to ReNew. Such a wide variety of things to look through, and the prices are reasonable. And I don't know what radio station they always play, but it ROCKS! I get stuck in there browsing just to listen to the radio. Pretty sure it's part of their marketing strategy. Haha!

I wasn't impressed....it's a large store and things are packed in ,mainly clothes...prices are to high for the items they carry with the location and set up of the store.
