They not only double check to make sure everything was correct but also waived the charge. They were beyond helpful and everyone at the location was so friendly”

“What a wonderful example of customer service! Brian is awesome, always helpful and going beyond his job description. All of the staff is great!!!Edit: we are sad to say that my past review is no longer valid!! Brian is no longer there, don't know why. And I don't know who the pharmacist is anymore. We have such a hard time in the last 6 months getting my husband's medicine. We couldn't get it on the day it was due, too soon. We'd have to come back tomorrow. Ok.. Went back the next day, "oh, we don't fill them the day they are due, we fill them the next day". What? Since when? Lies, and run around! We are looking for another pharmacy. We wanted a small, small town pharmacy, instead of Walmart, etc., but it looks like that's all we have left in Lincoln. We spoke to my husband's Dr and told her what was going on, and she must have fixed it because we haven't had any problems since. I don't know why they did that, but if I can't trust my pharmacist, we'll, that's like not trusting your Dr. Our health is too important to let someone mess with it, for any reason.”
