I didn't even get a chance to go into the store to leave a proper review. Got to the store at 7:15 (they open at 7) and could not get in the store, the door was locked. I called twice and it rang so long it hung up both times and I never got an answer. Finally left the parking lot at 7:30, not being able to get in.

This oreillys is gotta be the worst one out there. Poor management and poor employees. Sitting behind the shelf with there girlfriends behind the counters with them.

On Halloween this year, my friend and I encountered some navigation challenges. We reached out to the O'Reilly staff for assistance, and they went above and beyond to help us. They generously allowed us to make multiple phone calls with their staff's support. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the O'Reilly staff for their exceptional help. Thank you so much for your assistance; it was truly appreciated.

I bought new wipers a few weeks ago. I had tried putting them on myself. After a few attempts and not being successful, I stopped by and asked if they would be able to help me. Matt was beyond helpful. Even showed me how to do it instead of doing it so if I ever want to myself I can. I appreciate the kindness and not being treated poorly for not being able to do it. Thank you!!!!

I had a fantastic experience working with the crew here! I mean, words cannot describe the level of gratitude I have for the wonderful hospitality I received from Holly, Matt, Clifford and the rest (I'm sorry I cannot remember everyone's names). I had to replace a water pump in the parking lot, and they let me borrow the tools I needed and advised the proper replacement based on the sprocket depth (which I did not know there were multiple depths). Best of all, I was getting overheated without realizing it, and Holly brought out some ice water for me and had me sit inside in front of the fan to cool down. She genuinely cared about my health and well being, which speaks volumes in my opinion. While I was there, I really felt as if I was a part of their family. Never, not even at five star hotels and restaurants, have I ever experienced such wonderful hospitality from strangers, if I could even call them strangers after being there. Six stars out of five! I will be going out of my way to go to this O'Reilly's in the future. Thanks again everyone!

Very helpful staff!!! The battery in my key fob for my 2021 Lincoln was not functioning and I was 200 miles away from home. Luckily, I located O’Reilly auto parts in Lincoln Illinois and they were able to assist me with the battery and also changing it out. The staff went above and beyond being helpful and polite and kind. I recommend this place for any of your automotive needs.They also recommended a great place to have breakfast in Lincoln, which I will review later
