This week I purchased a vehicle from Jim Xamis Ford Lincoln. Ed Seggelke was my salesperson and he was amazing! He was kind, engaging, personable and an all around great person. He was not high pressure, but was very responsive and made me feel valued as a customer. I almost bought a Lincoln from another dealer in Normal, but was treated so poorly that I cancelled the transaction. I am so glad I did! Ed treats people the way everyone should treat others and I can't recommend him enough! Thanks, Ed for an awesome experience!

I recently purchased a truck after the transmission on my old car (ford focus) went out. I had the pleasure of working with Ed in an otherwise unfortunate circumstance with my vehicle.
Ed was more than easy to work with, talk to, and went over every detail in the new truck before test driving it. Will definitely recommend anybody to come here for a new car or truck; and I guarantee you want Ed to be your guy!

I needed my EV charged so I could attend my sister-in-laws funeral by 10AM. It was rented and a very low charge . I took it because none other was available at Bloomington Airport. I was staying at the Hampton Inn where the lady suggested I should try Xamis up the road. I did and to my surprise I saw the name Joe Seggekle name on the window. Wow when John and I lived in Lincoln 40+ years ago they were part of the church we attended. I knew I was in good hands. They looked at my charging port on my car, realized I needed it charged in less than 45 minutes and knew Graue's had a fast charging station. Joe called Scott at Graue's and said I was coming over and there Scott was waiting for me and I made it to Fricke's funeral home in time for the viewing funeral. WOW what fantastic team work. Thanks and Praise The Lord.
