“Didn't try the gizzards, but I got gas. Seems like a very Route 66 kind of place. The restroom arrangements are kind of unusual... a unisex sink but two gendered stalls, all in the storage area. Oh well, it's all very clean, and you get to see the employees carrying our the trash as a bonus.”

“Nice and clean with lots of healthy choices for a meal on the go. We stopped here driving from st. Louis to Chicago. There is a Thornton across the street so maybe the competition helps.The bathroom as well as the store was nice and clean. The store had a bin towards the front which had cheese, salad, fruit and hard boiled eggs. They had a coffee station and the usual assortment of cold beverages.If you have to stop, this is a good place to gas up and get some supplies!”

“The location is great, but the entrance needs improvement. The store is a great size, but they don't always keep things stocked, like lids for fountain drinks. The customer service could use some improvement. Many times there's no communication, aside from the total cost. A thank you is not always in order here.”

“This gas station seems well-suited for both truck drivers (though can't speak specifically for the truck drivers) and passenger vehicles, with separate fueling areas for each. I visited with a car and found plenty of pumps available in the front, making it easy and quick to refuel without waiting.
The convenience store is well-stocked with a variety of snacks, drinks, and travel essentials. They offer a good selection of fountain drinks, and for those looking for a quick bite, there’s a small grill inside that serves hot food. Additionally, there's a Steak 'n Shake attached to the station for more substantial meal options. I didn't order any food this visit.
The bathrooms were well-maintained and fully stocked.
Overall, it's seems to be a solid choice for both truck drivers and regular motorists looking for a clean, convenient place to refuel and take a break.”

“Stop here often for fuel and showers (sometimes the grill)
Fuel is good never had issues. Fuel islands are clean 90% of the time.
Showers are older but clean with excellent temps and pressure. I’m not the type to nitpick over stupid stuff about age. They do accept pilot shower credits but you have to get a key.
* they aren’t huge but you could share with spouse or whomever no issue*
Grill is normally really good.
I wish it had a cat scale. It would make this place 1 stop for all needs. My company requires cat scales.
Can’t speak to steak and shake never eaten in there.
Reason not 5 star.
1. There is no handicap parking. Some truck drivers (or people who ride with them) are disabled and need a spot. All of the spots are a bit of a walk.”

“They're always quick and do a great job and they are always so nice and informative and helpful if you have questions. Very honest straight forward place. Only thing I don't like is I usually can only give them small tip when I wish I could give them large tips because they really deserve it.”
