Normally I have great experiences here but now that they are doing covid testing in drive-thru it's terrible. The workers are super nice but there are not enough of them to handle this. 30 minutes for a simple pickup. Poor management decision

Absolute worst pharmacy that was ever created. I had scripts transferred from another pharmacy only because I was told I could pay online. The charges processed and then when trying to pick up the scripts they said there was an issue with their app and they needed another 33 dollars from the person picking them up. Umm no! I have been on the phone for two hours while the student that needed the scripts sat in a vehicle waiting. Angry isnt the word. Worst staff ever. The supervisor hung up on me and then I called back because the scripts were needed asap. So two hours later I am still on the phone. Never ever again. This is why CVS lost contracts with insurance companies. They cant even process a payment over the phone so how could they hold multiple insurance companies business. On top of that they said 10 to 15 days to get my money back on the one already processed. Maybe CVS should shut down period. They have no Tricare, Blue Cross and a couple of other contracts.
