Pretty upset i ordered delivery at midnight and after an hour of waiting i called the store to see what was up and dude claimed since its so late i wouldn't get my delivery because its threw doordash and i would have to cancel threw doordash except i ordered on their app not doordash. So he claimed hebwould figure it out. then after not getting the cancelation email i called the store and the lady that answered said the doordasher came and explained the situation and claimed they would cancel the order threw doordash EVEN THO I CANCELD BECAUSE IT APPARENTLY WOULDNT GET DELIVERED. And it was NOT threw doordash. So now i just lose out on mt food and money? Noone can figure it out. Pretty pissed off.

Worst customer service ever. How bad you ask? I ordered a taco pizza through the app. Apparently when the ticket printed it said no toppings, no sauce, no cheese. Just crust. Did they call and ask what’s going on??? Nope. Waited until doordash person showed up and asked her to call. 45 minutes later. Yup. 45 minutes. Then when I called the store and asked the girl got very snippy and said how should I know what you want. No you can’t cancel your order. I asked her name and she said I won’t give that to you. Asked for the manager she said I won’t give that to you either. Hung up on me. So I called back. She answered and said the manager will call later. And hung up on me again. Guess what they did. Went ahead and made a new taco pizza and called another driver to deliver a COLD pizza and a new hot pizza. I tried calling back. They won’t answer the phone. Don’t EVER go to this place.

I will not order from either Casey's in Lincoln again.
My order tonight was incomplete.
Did not get my 3 7ups pork tenderloin sandwich was on wrong bun and did not have my pickle and onion on it.
Called the store and the guy says "I don't know what your want me to do about it"
Really? For 50$ worth of food this is service I get! WOW!!

I find that the Casey's gas stations are usually a nice spot to stop at on a road trip. This one was clean and the workers were friendly.

So I ordered food from here. Not knowing doordash was the ones delivering it. I ordered straight from the Casey's website. Two things I paid for I didn't get. I called Casey's and whomever I spoke to was completely useless. Because I ordered from Casey's directly, I can't even get my money back from doordash. And the guy at Casey's didn't know what to tell me. No more gas from Casey's I guess. Why don't the employees know what to do when this happens?

We stopped here and the workers were friendly and the bathrooms were very clean. Probably some of the cleanest bathrooms I have been in.

If your thinking about getting PIZZA!!!!! DON’T. It is nothing close to pizza. The cheese is not right and it’s chewy. The sauce is watery. It wasn’t worth it at all.

Quick stp for snacks, which they have a wide range of and lots of drink choices. Usual decent tasting pizza, breakfast pizza and sandwiches, good selection of fresh donuts. Polite, courteous staff. Conveniently located with plenty of parking and pumps.
