Very nice hospitality from front desk and housekeeping. Overall great hotel and rooms are very nice! Would definitely stay again!

Shabby and run down. Stained linens and curtains. Exterior door to our hallway didn't lock. Construction debris in alcove, litter in parking lot. Fridge & microwave were dirty. Worst place we stayed on a 3-week trip.

I am a regular customer here and the prices of the room are so reasonable because they have very good service and clean room.
They also gives discounts to their regular customer who stays there. I always recommend this hotel if any one planning to stay at lincoln.
