We were new to the home buying process and so lucky to be referred to Joe. He was extremely responsive, helpful, and supportive during such a major purchase, from first contact even past closing. Him and Kayla worked quickly to make sure we were able to close on our dream home, answering all of our many questions along the way. We will definitely work with Joe in the future and recommend him to everyone.

Joe and the team are amazing. They are very professional and detailed which I greatly appreciated. I have known Joe for over 5 years now and used him and his team for my financing needs. Every experience has been exceptional. Joe always puts his best forward and is always willing to beat the competition. Joe and his team are highly professional!! They are a team determined to making your home dreams come true, while making sure you are clear and understand each step of the process. In 3 weeks I closed on my new home due to their drive. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

This is our 2nd time working with Joe \u0026 Kayla team and getting a mortgage loan from them . Everything was so smooth , easy process and fast process. They explain everything to you via email and you just have to follow their emails and everything goes so fast. I can see similar homes like the one we bought going on contingent and pending for months where as with Joe , it is 30 days or 45 days . Our real estate agent recommended Joe and Kayla and it was such a pleasure working with them. I couldn't recommend them enough! We were 1st time home buyers and Joe made sure to make us feel comfortable with our purchase and tried to make the process as pain free as possible for us. Although we had some difficulties with the other parties when we were buying our home, it gave us a lot of peace-of-mind knowing we could always turn to Joe and his team with any questions/concerns we had. He made himself available to answer our questions at all hours of the day (mortgage related or not) and was in constant communication with us from start to finish. Overall it was a great experience working with Joe and Kayla! They are top-notch at what they do and really put in the time and effort to make sure you feel comfortable and confident when buying a home.

Joe Spisak u0026 his team over at Waterstone Mortgage made my experience as a first-time home buyer SO GREAT, that I can't think of going to anyone else when I buy my next home. I am so glad I contacted him before giving into renting! I had no idea that I could possibly purchase a property on my own, let alone an investment property - I had so many questions and little to no knowledge of the process (other than knowing what I wanted) but Joe was there every step of the way, always optimistic, offering plenty of educational resources and explanations on every matter, and had a solution to every obstacle. I really enjoyed working with Kayla and Joe. They looked into different loan programs that I could qualify for as a first time home buyer, which was a huge help. Joe was also helpful in talking through some of the different kinds of mortgages I could take on. Kayla was in constant communication as well. Waterstone is very responsive and quick. In the end, I felt confident and well-informed taking on my mortgage.

Joe Spisak at Waterstone Was unbelievably helpful in facilitating my understanding of the homebuying process. He is very knowledgeable and an expert! My questions and concerns were addressed quickly with patience and kindness and explained more than once if needed. Would Note that as we all process information differently diagrams, videos, to do list ,highlights and reminders were all provided so you don’t miss anything.
