This is a review of the pharmacy only. While there have been interminable waits at the Lincolnshire Walgreens, at Libertyville they have been organized, efficient.We tried a walk-in for vaccines (two separate times). They were happy to give the shots quickly, no hassle.On one visit, a prescription was checked (it had snagged at Lincolnshire). The pharmacist straightened out the issue in less than a minute.It seems that they know how to get things done, efficiently.

I would give zero stars if I could. The pharmacy is complete chaos. Today I was told, "you should apply to help with the understaffing". I will put the word out! Unfortunately my 90 year old father's meds were still not ready after two trips AND being promised they were ready!

I had a one hour photo order which I received a text that it was done. I then went to the store and joined three other people in line at the photo counter, waiting 10 minutes before I left the store. While I was in line, I called the store and was put on hold and then I walked to the front counter and told the checkout clerk that there were four people waiting in line at the photo. he called someone on the loudspeaker And we still waited another five minutes and no one showed up. No wonder Walgreens is closing stores all over. Don't promise services you can't deliver on.

Pharmacist and staff are rude. Bring a prescription there and they act like they are doing you a favor. I went with no one there, presented my script to the tech and had to wait 5 minutes for the pharmacist to stop looking at a computer. When he finally came over, he told me, "we can fill it, but not sure how long it will take. " I asked if I could have it within 4 hours, and he said, "I can't tell you, it's not something I can rush." They used to ask if you want to wait. Never going back there again.

Unhelpful and always backed up. Cannot get a person on the phone. Poor customer service. Looking for a new pharmacy.

Always a long wait on the rare occasion I need to pick up a prescription only to be told when I get to the window it's not ready yet and to call. When you try to call there is no way to speak with a pharmacist on the phone to verify the medicine is ready.

This Walgreens. Hmm I waited in the drive thru 20 mins. Saw they were in there so I went to park and walk in. Then I waited another 20. Of course you received the little attitude from the girl behind the counter telling you the insurance didn't cover the prescription. Then she says I have to wait for my other prescription because the pharmacist left at 11:20 for lunch. She has to wait for him. Wtf. I am in the twilight zone here. These people have no business dispensing drugs and I am more inclined to believe they are taking the drugs instead of filling orders. Now you might say I am one person but I actually polled 3-5 of my friends and all have complained about this location. I think this needs to go to corporate level visibility.

Save time and use another Walgreens to fill prescriptions, unless you have 90 minutes to spare

I had been thinking of pulling all my prescriptions from Walgreens because everytime I go there, there is a problem or it takes so long because they have no help. I just experienced an issue with the pharmacy manager. He stopped filling a medication I have been on for years and is requesting a letter from my doctor. I have no problem with this, but he is not a doctor and cannot just decide to not fill a medication. There were many ways he could have handled this. Now that I have spoken to him, I can understand why the pharmacy is a mess.

No exaggeration: the WORST Walgreens pharmacy I've ever been to. Perhaps some kind of trickledown effect, as the pharmacists tend to be the worst of the lot.

Over 30 minutes on hold to talk to pharmacy. Needed to find out if they had product in stock. Now I remember why I stopped going to walgreens.

I had a great experience picking up my photos tonight. Mary was very nice. Brian the manager recognized me from a previous visit, and that impressed me.

I am always able to quickly get what I need and then get checked out quickly. Employees are helpful and friendly. I also have occasionally ordered online and picked up in the store which was nice.
