Honestly I loved the village jewelers for years. Thought he was the best. However he really needs to retire at this point the last two custom pieces I had made with family stones broke with in 2 months. When I went in to talk to him about it he immediately blames me for his poor craftsmanship. When I expressed that jewelry shouldn’t break that soon he decided he didn’t care. Instead of figuring out how to replace and fix my pieces he just gave me a refund. However that doesn’t begin to replace the my families stones that were lost due to his poor workman ship. Know when it’s time to retire your prime is over and your work if far from the standard it once was

I would come back here anytime I need anything repaired or looked at! I was helped the second I walked in and they were so kind + helpful! I highly recommend the this jeweler!!!

Do not BUY from this store!! The owner so so rude and arrogant. Don't know how to handle customer. They don't do refunds nor work with you to get you exchange. They ask cash and the place looks so shady. I do not recommend anyone going to this store.

If I could leave less than one star I would.Barely got my foot in the door before I was being interrogated, with questions about what I was doing there, I told the old man (I think he was the owner) that I was looking for an engagement ring and without thinking twice he told me that they didn't have any for me, I told him that I wanted to go in and also see other options that I was interested in buying, then he told me that they did not have any of the things for sale for me. What makes me think is that I say it because of my skin color or maybe because I'm Hispanic. It has been one of the most racist moments that I have gone through in my life.

I lost a stone in my family ring, it was my husbands stone who passed away from Covid, I was devastated after I calmed down I knew that I had to take it to a place I trusted and that was with George at Village Jewelers. I went Saturday morning and asked if it could be repaired , my ring is 36 years old all the prongs were bad I also had a anniversary ring that was missing a stone, George told me no problem it would take some time . So imagine my surprise when I got a call today saying it was ready !! I went picked them up they are stunning not only repaired but cleaned . Thank you so much for the fantastic service George !!!! I went in today because I needed a link removed from a bracelet. The costumer service was amazing and they were very kind and helpful. The prices were very fair for a repair and it only took 10 minutes! He even offered to make the extra link into a pendant with an added in chain so it wouldn’t go to waste! Overall l, highly recommend Village Jewelry and I will be going back for any jewelry needs in the future.

They have the BEST jewelry. So many unique and beautiful pieces. I bought an engagement ring here that is honestly the most beautiful piece of jewelry I've ever seen. They also made us a matching wedding band for it that turned out perfect. I highly recommend stopping by.

My fiance and I have gone to Village Jewelers multiple times now for a few different pieces of jewelry, including earrings, a necklace, my engagement ring, and now my wedding ring. The owner, Mr. Fenata, does amazing work with his jewelry. He takes such care of every piece of jewelry he makes. I love all the jewelry I have from him, especially my wedding set. He made both pieces and they fit together beautifully. Mr. Fenata is someone who I feel that I can trust with any purchase and is fair with all pricing. We will definitely be going back for any other jewelry items!

We went to Village Jewelers to have a simple watch battery replaced. It took the jeweler less than 5 minutes. He charged us $15.00. I feel that this charge was excessive. Our bad; we should have gotten a quote beforehand. We will never go there again. We were taken advantage of big time.
