“This is the best vet office/hospital in the Chicagoland area. Private equity is not a thing here. Dr. Donna cares about her patients and will charge reasonable prices. We drive an hour to make sure our dog gets the care she deserves. For the people who are complaining about appointments etc, you don't know the cost of running a medical office. “It’s not easy to find an exotic vet, let alone one that is close to where you live. Dr. Weber and the staff were so wonderful and compassionate. We brought our baby slider, Cinnamon, and they really took the time to make sure she was fully evaluated and cared for. Dr. Weber provided so many helpful resources and the staff were so welcoming and kind. Everyone made sure we had all the tools and resources to help get our little Cinnamon recover. We feel so relieved to know that we have found such a wonderful practice to entrust our reptile babies at!”
