My experience with my realtor Sherry Landa has been amazing…
I updated my home with the hope of receiving a higher offer and Sherry helped me reach my goal of selling it at its real market value. I had three other previous realtors provide a full market analysis of my property and they all came back with the same 86k lower value.
Then came Sherry who thoroughly walked through the home patiently asking questions and taking notes of everything. Then she sat down with me for over an hour and searched and compared other homes in the area which didn’t match my home and searched again in nearby neighborhoods until she found similiar homes that matched. After confirming with confidence her market analysis, we both agreed on a great selling price.
Her confidence, professionalism and communication skills are wonderful. Her listing expertise and description of my property were true and written well. She valued all my questions and concerns and was always positive. She was on top of everything from the beginning to the end.
The best thing of all was that...she accurately assessed the optimal price for selling my home and a contract was in place in less than ten days.
I can’t think of another realtor who truly cares about her clients and goes out of her way to make sure everything goes well.

I worked with Capri Cutchin for my first home purchase and I couldn't be happier with the experience! As a first-time buyer I had a lot of questions throughout the process and Capri was so patient and understanding through all of it. From our initial conversation to my closing day Capri was always very responsive and on top of things. She took time to understand what I was looking for, as well as spending time talking through all the options and weighing pros/cons which was a huge help. I immediately knew I was in good hands working with someone as dedicated as Capri, and she is also so incredibly kind and genuine! I would highly recommend Capri to anyone buying or selling a home!

Her team, specifically Henrich, will not stop calling me. I have told him multiple times but to call me again, I am not interested in selling my house, but still be calls again and again. Even if I were going to sell I wouldn't use them because they don't listen and respect what I say.

This team was excellent! They were available anytime I needed something. Honestly Amy went over the other realtors(3) listing price and the negotiated more over that. Amy has a keen eye and a great understanding of the market conditions. Raul is spot on, efficient, and a great asset to the Kite team. You can't beat this team. The experience was beyond my expectations. Just overall excellent and I run a team of 60. Also the attorney Dave was excellent.

have called Ms kite and spoke to her one time. Have spoke and left message with her team of customer service agents also. One of their names was Frederick and another Latino guy, who I don’t remember his name. They are all obnoxious and slow to react. Mrs Kite is greedy, arrogant and condescending. Also a big time waster and unprofessional as all is her entire team of men of act like high school boys!
I offered her a 2% commission on a 1.5 million property and she told me “ you have no respect for my profession” . She never turned down the offer officially so I proceeded to send her the comps , details , etc. She never responded. Ms kite, if you don’t like what your being offered then up you have no right to talk like a yam head . You just politely decline , you don’t give people ghetto treatment and have them call over and over again and ghost them. Your team of high school boys are just as immature and unprofessional as you ( she has many )
Do yourself a favor and don’t even waste your time with any of the Kite team! Total lamers !

We are buying our first home and it has been so stressful trying to learn as we are go especially since we are buying from another state and have to really put a lot of trust in our realtor to know exactly what we want. We’ve talked with other realtors but it wasn’t until we found Halina with the Kite Real Estate team we’ve finally found a home with everything we wanted and right on our budget! She has been so educational and helpful with this whole process. We couldn’t be happier and we highly recommend her to anyone! We will definitely continue to use the Kite Real Estate team for any future house buying or selling needs!
