Outstanding Customer Service, I traveled to the area from California and got a chip in my windshield. They did an inspection and quickly repaired the chip, and the windshield looks great! The staff was friendly and patient, I highly recommend The Auto Glass Shop in Libertyville!

Outstanding shop. I’ve been driving my Jeep with a windshield with MULTIPLE cracks. It’s a Jeep, you don’t change it after just 1 crack. My dealership recommended this shop and I see why. Not only were they MUCH less than Safelite, but they also came to my house and did the work. Very nice guy that came out to do the work, was done in under 30 minutes too. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend this shop!!

Had a scratch on my windshield that ended up being too deep to buff out. Even though he had worked on the car for a bit, he told me there would be no charge given the issue was not fully resolved. Highly recommend, very helpful and high integrity folks.

We got Bonnie’s number from Subaru dealership and she has been amazing from the start. After the heavy snow days and pretty much our Subaru was not safe to drive anymore. Bonnie instructed me on what steps I need to take for insurance claim and our windshield replacement was done within two days. My husband also showed up bit late but she was patient and understanding of situation. I can’t recommend her enough. If you need to replace a windshield, call this place up and ask for Bonnie!

We had a rear window shattered over Thanksgiving break while we were in town visiting from about 8 hours away. I must have called every place I could find to try to get the window repaired before we needed to keep going on our travels. I got a hold of the Auto Glass Shop and let me tell you, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. The window was fairly rare so most people essentially told us they couldn't help for at least two weeks. Let me tell you, they hunted down this window for me, got it delivered the same day, made space that same day to replace it for me, AND charged me WAY LESS than I got quoted anywhere else. I would recommend the Auto Glass Shop to anyone and everyone, these folks are the best!

I own a non profit, as well as work as a CPS peer counselor. I was very lost driving Home from getting a rescue. So I was driving only 2 miles per hour over the limit and being very cautious. I also was reliant on to GPS's since one wasn't working. One of the drivers in a white Van was riding my a** And after going to pull around me beepedal needlessly at me. For using a GPS and obeying the law. I was clearly out of state and in the slow lane. I drive very carefully as I travel For the rescue.And I have a very good driving record. There was no need for that attiude.Not only did it upset my ptsd, but more importantly It upset the rescue animalI'm transporting.The driver continued to go more than 10 over the limit and swerved around a school bus on top of everything else. They had absolutely no patience.And no regard. Not everybody is texting and driving or just taking their time for fun.Have some consideration.

I have nothing but great things to say about The Auto Glass Shop. The ADAS system on my 2018 Honda CR-V went out, so I took the car to the dealership for a diagnostic. They told me the error code they found was due to a compatibility issue with the windshield since it is not an OEM part. As a result, the dealership was asking for an unreasonable amount of money for a new windshield and ADAS calibration. I was very confused because I have had this same windshield for two years without any issues. Luckily, I was able to find the Auto Glass Shop and they were kind enough to let me bring my car to them before they opened to inspect the issue (for free, no less). They assured me that the issue was not with the windshield, but the calibration and were able to fit me into the schedule and get the issue resolved within a couple hours. It was great to work with them and I will definitely be coming back!

I first called the other large national auto glass company that advertises a great deal. The service from the person answering the phone was horrible. It was obviously a remote call service that was under trained. I got frustrated and hung up. Called Auto Glass Shop and spoke to a extremely nice person who knew the business. Actually had the opportunity to talk to two different people because I called back with a different question, spoke to a different person and both were equally impressive. Made the appointment. Work was completed 100% as represented (needed a new windscreen). I will not go elsewhere again. Highly recommend this company.

It was quite a pleasant experience. Staff was professional and courteous on the phone and on site. My sun roof was the culprit and not the windshield — when it rained or when the car was washed, the rearview mirror leaked.They attempted to correct the problem, but could not. I was referred to an auto mechanic shop.The whole process took about 10 minutes. They didn't even charge me.Would I recommend The Auto Glass Shop in Libertyville to a friend?YOU BET I WOULD!

WoW! The service was excellent! Bonnie and the team at the Auto Glass Shop are 100% focused on customer service. They picked up the car had the windshield replaced and the cameras recalibrated at the dealership (Liberty Nissan) and returned it in fantastic shape. They even placed the required stickers in the perfect place. I always used Safelite but this is a locally owned and family run business so I tried them for the first time. I will use them always. This is by far the best auto glass shop.
