Called ahead and asked if they'd take furniture, but when we got there they said no. If they'd been honest we would have taken the stuff to Salvation Army.

The staff was incredibly rude. Really left a bad taste in my mouth. People are trying to speak nicely to you about making a donation and asked a few questions. The staff seemed annoyed and inconvenienced that I bothered to ask some questions. Never ever stepping foot into this store again, and never ever donating to this charity from now on. Y'all should be ashamed of the way you conduct business and customer service at this location.

Their employees are nice but the pricing for furnitures are outrageously high! You can purchase a brand new furniture at a cheaper price! They had a furniture with a thousand dollar price tag! If you’re looking for affordable clothing, purses, and dishwares then you might want to check this place out, but for furnitures look elsewhere.

Rude staff. Items on the floor that are not priced. When asked, the staff says that the lady who prices things will be in later today and they can’t sell the items until then. So why are they even on the floor? They said we can come back later today and check to see if they are priced. Ummmm no thanks. I live 2 hours away. I won’t be back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible workers who have an attitude with everyone from the get go and will be rude to anyone who asks questions. Lots of items that are out on the floor aren’t priced, and when asked if they could give you a price they will refuse to sell it to you. “Pricers don’t show up until late until the day”. No holds. Everyone who works and shops here has terrible manners. Some items are fairly priced whereas other things are ridiculous. Dumpy thrift store. Would not recommend this to anyone

Very disappointed with this resale store, are used to stop here quite often but not anymore!!! they’ve decided to start selling tennis rackets at crazy high prices at $35 each, $75 each!!! Goodwill sells these for 199, to 499! I don’t know what the store is thinking but they do not care. I talk to the manager and it’s ridiculous. I have been shopping here for years!Oh by the way, if you want a fishing rod, those are $90 each! They think they are eBay sellers and are selling things at crazy prices. Very sad!
