Incredible family owned business that makes uniforms, school swag or even your next family vacation shirt! Today, my focus was gearing up the family for the IA Hawkeyes big ten game tonight! And boy did Sports 11 deliver. They were able to get everything printed fast and the quality of the logos looks like it will last a very long time! They also have nice selection of school spirit hoodies, sherpas, you name it! Def want to go back and grab a Sherpa

Great service, very nice selection of items including sports equipment. They bailed me out and found me a youth size cap for my sons little league team after he lost the first one.

I just received a call from the owner. He was very disrespectful.My daughter didn't get the number she requested, all we asked was to inform us next time. The receipt we have clearly indicates the number she requested.All they had to do was call and let us know that #5 isn't available. We came to know when we went to pick up the uniform.He said "your daughter is not a NBA player. so why make a big deal" . Then why ask?Don't go here, they don't trust your students ability.

I stopped in here last week to get a number ironed on the front/back of my T-shirt. They did an excellent job, it took less than 10 minutes, the price was very reasonable, and the two employees were very friendly. Cool store; I will come back at some point to look around more.

When my daughter was in sixth grade we had recently moved. She did not want to buy the gym uniform from her school because she said it wasn’t her school. The worker was unbelievably kind and helped us through all of our internal struggles. We love this store and the people working their and we want to thank them for their compassion.

Ordered some Spirit wear as part of our travel baseball team and all 3 items are terrible fitting. The owner and his staff lady who helped us with sizing pre-order clearly did not have us try on the right items. Or they lied and had no idea what they were doing. The 2 adult items are too big and my sons sweatshirt bottom band is so small he can't even get it over his head. Called the owner and explained and he told us to come back in. Did so the next day (drove over an hour round trip to get there) and in person he basically said there was nothing he could do and that we ordered wrong so it was all my fault. I reminded him that we had come in for uniform fittings and asked for the spirit wear items to try on for sizes as well. He claimed we had done no such thing and that he was not responsible for helping with sizes at all. So not what happened. He also said that since it has our travel logo on it already he could not take it back to exchange or return. He proceeded to yell at me and my son saying that we were at fault and to stop playing the victim. I will never order anything from this shop again. I have stopped my credit card payment and notified the owners of our travel origination so they can investigate and hopefully switch providers as well.

Remarkably bad experience at Sports 11 today, our first time there. Took our daughters' soccer jerseys to get name and number added to them. Upon pickup, we were given the finished jerseys in a plastic bag that had been tied shut. There were other customers waiting in line, so we didn't open the bag to check the condition of the jerseys before paying. Big mistake. Found when we got home that the jerseys were ruined, they had white splotches all over them. Clearly, there was a reason we had been given them in a tied bag. Went back to the store immediately to speak to the owner and get our money back, but he said he would not "offer" a refund. Very frustrating experience, would not recommend Sports 11 to anybody. Felt like we were robbed of $20, didn't expect that from a local family business.

Just wanted to say what a great local store Sports 11 is. I had ordered a gift for my child's friend and due to shipping taking longer than normal the item I wanted wouldn't arrive on time. The owner called me personally and was able to find what I was looking for. Great customer service plus part of my sale went to helping the local hospital. Just another reason I love to shop local.

5 stars easily and would recommend to anyone in the area for printing and more! I’ve gotten multiple large orders done and he helped me with the logo and the printing and it all turned out AMAZING! Quality products every time and Les is a good person as well- always willing to help! If you need anything done... GO HERE!

My sons tball uniform came from here and it fit perfect. The staff was very nice and followed up with a call to let us know it was ready. Top notch products and service.
