I'm a homeowner, not a contractor. I went in to buy some trim paint that had been used in my home and thought I had puzzled out what I needed. When I mentioned my contractor's first name, the person working at the counter told me that no, that painter actually uses a different product. The fact that he listened, knew my contractor, cared enough to have a conversation, and got me the right paint is great customer service. To them, the sale was only a gallon of paint. For me, it made a big difference. And very friendly to boot!

As soon as I walked in carrying an empty can of the spray primer I needed, the salesman behind the counter shouted out exactly where to find it. I was in and out in two minutes. Fantastic service and a great introduction to my new SW store, having just moved to the area.

I never could have imagined the customer service experience we received when we walked in the doors. We had our 4 little ones with us and immediately were greeted with a smile by Kameron as we walked in the door. Kameron was attentive and also made our kids feel welcome in the store as we worked with him through what we needed for our project. He was insightful, attentive and fast, knowing we needed to move quickly. At one point, while both employees were working in the back, I overheard them checking with each other to ensure that all customers in the store were being attending to and nobody overlooked. After we finished, Kameron assisted us in carrying our supplies out to the car. It was a totally unexpected but completely wonderful experience. To top it all off the paint turned out great!

The guys working here are the best! They were super helpful and friendly. Today I came in and bought a custom color gallon of paint for touch ups. Right after I left I realized it wasn’t the right color, and knew I couldn’t return it because it was custom. When I came back in to get the right color, they were really sympathetic and got me every discount they could find on my new gallon. Best service ever!

This is a fantastic store! I had most of my house repainted about five years ago and I could not have been any happier with the customer service, that I received. I have returned to get a couple of the remaining rooms repainted, and had the help of Kameron. He is so incredibly helpful and a wonderful reflection on that store! Thanks again, for referring me to Megan.

I bought some paint (6 gallons + primer) over Labor Day weekend and the manager, Jason, was very helpful. He was patient in answering all of my questions and gave me helpful suggestions and tips. You can tell that he really knew his product inside and out.

I came in right before closing time looking for 15 gallons of paint. Eric was friendly and very helpful in choosing the right finish, and when he realized that his store was a little short on the number of gallons I needed, he called another local store and asked them if they would wait a few minutes for me to get over there. Super awesome service from Eric!
