The owner and her staff are very attentive and greet everyone with a smile and when you leave her establishment she always says THANK YOU FOR COMING ? regardless if you purchase or not. You can find unique gifts for just about every holiday or birthday! However if you see something BUY IT! BECAUSE IT WONT BE THERE WHEN YOU COME BACK! I can't say enough about this little gem in Libertyville.

Bought a loveseat in mint condition from them at a very reasonable price and they even delivered it to me for free and brought it inside my house. EXCELLENT customer service and wonderful store! Thank you and I will be shopping there again!

I love this place! We just picked up some cute decor for our guest bedroom plus some adorable cards. They always have the current, gorgeous designer purses too. They’re my absolute favorite consignment around!

Variety of unique and classic items. Multiple consignors, new items with tags, high end brands, and you kind find lesser items at great prices too. The owner is so sweet and well organized. Take a few laps because you'll see stuff you missed the first round.

The prices are wonderful! Love the selection of high end items and can’t imagine shipping elsewhere to find unique gifts! I had to move away during the pandemic which is 3 and half hours and they even told me if I wanted something shipped they would! I call that amazing customer service and keeping their repeat customers happy. Can’t wait until I can visit again!

The lady at the register is never friendly. I asked to use the restroom and she told me I couldn’t, fine… I went and found another place to accommodate me. My elderly mother who was purchasing something, was given access to use the restroom. I was happy about that but left wondering why she didn’t let me use it. Did she not like me, am I too young or perhaps because I was not purchasing anything (I had just walked into the store)? Either way I only stuck around with my mom and made it a point to not buy anything. I’ve been a customer in the past but think I’ll refrain from stopping in. It cost $0.00 to be nice and it goes a long way!

Love this little gem of a shop! A little of everything you could want in a resale store. They do collections for cash, call ahead to set up and send pics. Dance and sports gear. Shoes, bags (name brand often:Coach, Kate Spade, D&B). Always find a few of my favorites Vans, Roxy, and North Face. Lots to decorate the house. Nic Nacs? Go check it out.
