It was a nightmare for me to register on line for the COVID-19 vaccine and not only was I frustrated but I was nervous as well! My cousin told me to get the Moderna or Pfizer only, he is a biochemist. Mary answered all my questions over the phone to put me at ease, while Kate performed my jab and consoled me while cried looking at the needle! What a wonderful dual!”
“This is a review of the pharmacy only. While there have been interminable waits at the Lincolnshire Walgreens, at Libertyville they have been organized, efficient. We tried a walk-in for vaccines (two separate times). They were happy to give the shots quickly, no hassle. On one visit, a prescription was checked (it had snagged at Lincolnshire). The pharmacist straightened out the issue in less than a minute. It seems that they know how to get things done, efficiently.”
