I took my Grandpups in to be groomed and not only did they come out looking beautiful, they were happy pups!! I will definitely use them again!! I also love Pets General Store and the dedication to finding the exact products I was searching for??

I went to another store down the road looking for a collar for my 7 month old Lab which didn't have what I was looking for. However, they referred me here, and I'm so glad! The staff was so nice, helped me find what I was looking for, took care to make sure while I had my dog there he was rewarded and praised. As I was standing by the counter, the clerk also had the foresight to inform me another customer was coming in with two dogs. This other customer and I briefly exchanged that our dogs were friendly and good with other dogs (which they played nicely by the checkout), but it was so nice of her to inform me that other dogs were nearby just in case. I would go back here any time! Great service and so happy with the staff being so kind, patient and willing to help.
