Love it here! The employees are so easy to talk to. I used to be so nervous just thinking of going into the store, but now I have no anxiety about going in because it’s such a peaceful shopping experience. I would love if there were more costumes and roleplay products.

Although from the outside it looks very attracting, it's kinda mid. It doesn't feel like a sex store if that makes sense. The experience isn't too pleasant. This store was designed for like older white women that want to "spice things up in the bedroom" as they like to say (overheard them say that) Honestly, I'd rather just order off Amazon. It's too bright in there too, I like the Spencer's gifts atmosphere. This review isn't towards the employees, it's more towards the actual business. Normally I leave sex shops aroused and with a toy. Today I left exactly the way I went in.

Michael helped my girlfriend and I out and was an absolute wonder to work with. Great selection, welcoming environment, and kind employees. Be aware everyone, sizes run small so keep that in mind! Will return!

Hi there I went inside to buy but I have a complaint about the lady's they call police on me just because I was park next to her car I'm no criminal maybe she' think I was going to steal her belongings I have money.. besides that the store it's fine but please discrimination it's not good that how I felt when the officer said to me don't come to the store again ? ? I got on trouble for no reason just for the cause of these 2 lady's. Please if the manager listing to my text told them to next time be more respectful.......to customers.

I arrived to the store the staff was busy talking there was no other customers in the store.after a few minutes, a sales rep came up to me and I asked her for an item, she was not interested in helping suggested for me to look around. I understand that do to the pandemic we are not to try clothes but she could’ve been a little more helpful or suggest items for sale. You can’t try it on fitting rooms are closed and all sales are final , that was her attitude turned around and walked away. Very disappointed I have been to order stores and I have had excellent service.

WoW! What an awesome experience! I was greeted as I came in the store. The two associates (were gorgeous) very knowledgeable about the products I chose. Offered other products and I can’t wait to come back again!

Well maintained inventory, lots of options, friendly staff and more popular than people think. It was a busy afternoon with a dozen couples in the store. The limited reviews on this place, makes me think people are way too shy. We all love the movies, we spend thousands in entertainment; real life characters should be no different. Candies, costumes and accessories. Some glow in the dark, others just light up the spark. If you're not limited by your imagination, there's plenty to keep coming back to.
