DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM. Bought a older used car from them two weeks ago, when purchasing the car they told me they had gone over the car redid the breaks and fluids and all the basic due diligence a dealership would normally do. Brought it to a shop the same day and had about 5,000 dollars worth of stuff to make the car just safe to drive. Do not buy a car from them they completely lied and sold me a car and I was told by mechanics should not have been driven at all. I have done all I can to report them but please do not

Gregory Mitsubishi cares and they show it! My Outlander was making some noise and without appointment twice got me in immediately and out within an hour fixed. That's almost unheard of with dealerships I delta with in the past. They thanked me more than I can thank them.
Best, Jack

Purchased a 2012 Subaru Outback on Friday 07/19/2024 and bought the warranty. I drove it 3 hours home and the next day it started shutting off if you hit the brakes quickly. Took it to my local Subaru dealer and dropped it off Wednesday 07/24/2024. It needed a new Torch Converter, estimated $3,000.00 fix, just days after bringing it home. I just got it back today, 08/15/2024, almost a month after purchase we are just now able to use it. It took until Tuesday of the week for the warranty company to approve the fix. Apparently, the warranty they sell doesn't really start at the time of purchase but 60 days after purchase, so this has been a whole ordeal. Today we also discovered the zip tie they used to fix the broken seat so it didn't look broken has snapped and the Subaru dealer is replacing it for us for parts cost only, about $100. I would never buy another car here, the warranty company told us they would approve the fix, 08/02/2024 but then called back and said the purchasing dealer was requiring an inspection, that added considerably to the time we were without the car. The inspector who came to look at the car also referenced having to send the information to the dealer for approval. The salesman also told me he would replace the missing headrest from the back seat, even if it was just grabbing one from the other outback on the lot, this did not happen. Just ordered a used replacement, it was almost $100. The remote start button didn't work, so I had Subaru look at that as well. The 1st problem was remote wasn't even programed, they programed it but then couldn't get it to work as the button was broken. I had to buy remote start remote almost $200 and have that programed. So, with only 1 day of use in the first month of ownership I'm out of pocket $500 in repairs; $100 warranty deductible, $100 headrest, $200 remote start fob, $100 seat part. They do stand by their "As Is" policy, when called about issues that it the mantra. Buyer Beware!!!! Their cars need major repairs and are zip tied back together.

Blown transmission within a month of buying a RAV 4. Didn’t bother to make things right or offer any assistance after reaching out. Car wasn’t running before my plates even arrived. Take your business else where and save yourself the trouble.

I had the best experience buying my car. Jason dd not pressure me and I was able to sleep on what my decision would be. I did not have to buy a new car but I did without regrets from this place. Thank you Jason for a no pressure experience.

bought a car and not even 72 hours later it won't start. After my 3rd call they tow my car in for the following day. I explained I needed a loaner car while they have my car and they passed me around on hold for about 45 minutes to be told they won't be assisting me with a loaner car that is not how this is going to be done me neededing to be in Woodstock for court is not their problem and I should be glad they are fixing my car. I will never do business with them again. I am hunting down the owner today to ask him why it's OK for him to get my money on a bad car sale but l couldn't be given a loaner car until my car is fixed. I have to go to my doctors office 5 days a week bought one of his cars and am standing at the bus stop on day 4. I also am reporting this to the transportation department. The dmv smc better business burrow. It's sad you would sell a car in this bad of condition to someone who was desperate and spent everything they had on a junk yard scrap car

James was a great salesman with amazing follow through and an eye for details. The finance and sales manager were very helpful and nice to deal with. This was a pleasant buying experience. Unlike other car dealers, they were down to earth and not high pressure .
Will refer everyone I know to go see James at Gregory Mitsubishi.

We recently bought a used car at Gregory Mitsubishi in Lake Villa. Our sales consultant, James Benak, was outstanding. There was no hard sell or pressure. We got a fair deal and were treated with respect. The entire buying experience at Gregory was excellent, everyone we dealt with was courteous and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Fair price, great service, knowledgeable and courteous people!

A great team of genuine guys who are not only knowledgeable about their vehicles but share specs and features of the vehicle with potential buyers and help you get set up. I did not feel the usual dealership salesman pitch with pressure buying. They were down to earth and allowed me to choose from various buying options. Thank you for the experience. And thank you for the prompt responses for questions and support after purchase.
