We purchased a car this weekend thanks to Lucas Hollingsworth! Lucas was friendly, easy to talk to, and addressed all our questions. The dealership was very busy and we could see Lucas was juggling a few customers but he kept touching base, giving us updates on the process, and walked us to and from each step of the process. We got out earlier than we expected with a gorgeous red 2024 Volkswagen Taos SE! I recommend finding your next car at Liberty Volkswagen (or Nissan)!

Avoid this Volkswagen dealership and service department
This dealership specifically the service department does not follow customer requests
This dealership does a sloppy job and does not even complete an oil change fully
They ruined my Car’s paint job after I specifically asked them not to wash my car and this happened where they did not follow a customer request twice
They also do not top off your fluids when you go in for an oil change like windshield washer fluid for example
And then when you try to contact someone at the dealership, they give you the runaround or ignore you
So when you call the corporate Volkswagen Customer Center the dealership then also ignores them even after escalating the issue still no remedy because his dealership does not care about their customers

This dealership is fraud and very scammy. The post cars on their website they actually dont have on the lot. Saw Camry and reached out to them for when I can see the pictures. Everyday for 3 days they told be they will send the pictures but pictures never came. It takes less than 1 min to take picture and send them unless ofc you dont have anything to take picture of.

Worst. Dealer. Experience. To. Date.
I know dealers can be dodgy, I've had good and average experiences, but if the score of zero was possible for this one, i would do it. VW dealer makes promises it doesn't keep to make a sale, sells hidden damage vehicles - do not go here.
